بررسی ویژگی‌های ساختاری، الکترونی و اپتیکی 3BaZrO با استفاده از نظریه‌ی تابعی چگالی

چکیده

در این مطالعه ویژگی‌های ساختاری، الکترونی و اپتیکی سرامیک BaZrO در فاز مکعبی و تأثیر فشار بر ویژگی ­های یاد شده را بررسی شده است. محاسبه­ ها با استفاده از روش امواج تخت بهبودیافته­ ی خطی با پتانسیل کامل (FP-LAPW) در چارچوب نظریه­ ی تابعی چگالی انجام‌گرفته است و از نرم‌افزارهای WIEN2k و Quantum Espresso استفاده شده است. در این روش برای محاسبه­ی پتانسیل تبادلی ـ همبستگی از تقریب‌های LDA، PBE، PBEsol، GGA-WC، GGA+U، GGAmBJ و GGAmBJ+U استفاده‌شده است. با توجه به ساختار نوارهای انرژی ترکیب با استفاده از بهترین تقریب (GGAmBJ+U) مشخص شد یک گاف انرژی غیرمستقیم در راستای G-L به اندازه­ ی eV30/5 وجود دارد که این دلیلی بر عایق بودن ترکیب است. با توجه به نتیجه ­های به دست آمده از ساختار نواری و تابع دی‌الکتریک گذارهای احتمالی بعدی این ترکیب در راستای W-L، Γ و رخ خواهد داد و دریافتیم که در تشکیل چگالی حالت‌های این ترکیب اوربیتال pاتم دارای بیش‌ترین سهم در نوار ظرفیت و همچنین اوربیتال 3dا تم Baو Zrمنشأ ایجاد قله‌های ناحیه های بالای نوار رسانش می‌باشند .این ترکیب دارای تراکم‌ پذیری کم و سختی زیاد است. بیش‌ترین مقدار جذب و کم ­ترین مقدار بازتاب برای آن به ازای فوتون‌هایی با انرژی 53/20 الکترون‌ولت می‌دهد.
