مایع سازی ضایعات لیگنوسلولزی با استفاده از حلال اتیلن کربنات: اثر متغیرهای فرایندی بر ویژگی‌ها

چکیده

اتیلن کربنات به عنوان یک حلال مایع سازی جدید به منظور ایجاد یک فرایند مایع سازی سریع برای تبدیل ضایعات لیگنوسلولزی به موادشیمیایی سودمند انتخاب شد. خاک اره چوب راش با استفاده از اتیلن کربنات به عنوان حلال و سولفوریک اسید به عنوان کاتالیست در دمای زیاد ( °C160-110 ) در سه زمان (20، 40 و 60 دقیقه) برای تهیه پلی‌ال مناسب مایع سازی شد. پس از فرایند مایع سازی در دماها و زمان‌های گوناگون و بررسی ویژگی‌های مقدار عدد هیدروکسیل، عدد اسیدی و بازده پلی‌ال دیده شد که، دمای °C130 به عنوان دمای مناسب برای تولید پلی‌ال بود. سپس به منظور تعیین زمان مناسب برای تولید پلی‌ال در این دما فرآیند مایع سازی در زمان‌های گوناگون (40، 60، 90، 120 و180 دقیقه) ادامه یافت که در نتیجه، زمان 120 دقیقه به عنوان زمان مناسب برای تولید پلی‌ال انتخاب شد. هم‌چنین، نتیجه­ ها نشان داد که با افزایش دما و زمان مایع سازی مقدار عدد اسیدی، بازده وگرانروی پلی‌ال افزایش، ولی مقدارعدد هیدروکسیل کاهش یافت. آنالیز طیف سنجی FT-IR، حضور گروه‌های هیدروکسیل (OH) را در خاک اره راش مایع شده (پلی‌ال) نشان داد و تأیید کرد که خاک اره چوب به عنوان منبع  پلی‌ال زیستی می‌باشد.  هم‌چنین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که، پلی‌ال زیستی برای تهیه فراورده ­های پلیمری از جمله چسب پلی‌یورتان مناسب می‌باشد. آنالیز آماری نشان داد که تغییرهای عدد هیدروکسیل، عدد اسیدی، بازده وگرانروی با افزایش دما و زمان تفاوت معنا‌داری دارد.
