Although cyanide is a common and strong depressant, but its usage causes environmental pollution and serious hazards. In this study the performance of three chemical substances include sodium sulphide, sodium metabisulphite and sodium sulphite were investigated in lead flotation of Irankooh ore.Since in Bama plant, sequential flotation is being done and the tailing of lead circuit goes to zinc circuit, the effect of cyanide alternatives on zinc flotation was also investigated. After finding the optimal amount of each chemical substance and comparing its performance with cyanide, it became clear that sodium sulphite can be a suitable alternative for cyanide. In natural pH (8.5) with using 600 g/ton sodium sulphite instead of cyanide in lead flotation of Irankooh ore, lead recovery has increased 2.5% and zinc recovery in lead concentrate decreased 0.7%, against iron recovery increased 1.2% and lead grade decreased 1.5%. In this condition, sodium sulphite had positive effect on zinc flotation and in comparing with the optimal amount of cyanide, Zn recovery and Zn grade increased 1.5% and 1.2% respectively. If lead flotation is done with this amount of sodium sulphite and in pH=9.5, the performance will be quite better and in comparing with current plant performance, in addition of increasing 2.8% in lead recovery, lead grade will be increased 2%.}, keywords = {Flotation,Cyanide,lead & zinc,environment,Bama plant,Sodium sulphite}, title_fa = {بررسی عملکرد مواد شیمیایی گوناگون برای جایگزینی سیانور در مدار فلوتاسیون سرب و روی باما}, abstract_fa = {سیانور متداول‌ترین بازداشت کننده برای پیریت و اسفالریت در فلوتاسیون سرب است. سیانور با وجود این که بازداشت کننده ای قوی و مؤثر است ترکیبی بسیار سمی و کشنده می‌باشد و استفاده از آن سبب بروز آلودگی‌ها و مخاطرات جدی محیط زیستی می‌شود. در این پژوهش عملکرد سه ماده شیمیایی سدیم سولفید، سدیم متابی‌سولفیت و سدیم سولفیت به عنوان جایگزین سیانور در فلوتاسیون سرب کانسنگ سرب و روی ایرانکوه بررسی شد. با توجه به این که در کارخانه فرآوری باما فلوتاسیون تفریقی انجام می گیرد و باطله مدار سرب برای استحصال روی به مدار فلوتاسیون روی می رود، تأثیر ماده شیمیایی جایگزین سیانور بر فلوتاسیون روی نیز بررسی شد تا اثر منفی یا مثبت احتمالی آن بر فلوتاسیون روی نیز مشخص شود.پس از یافتن مقدار بهینه هر ماده شیمیایی و مقایسه عملکرد آن با سیانور، مشخص شد سدیم سولفیت می‌تواند جایگزین مناسبی برای سیانور باشد. درpH طبیعی خاک (5/8) و سایر شرایط سلول های رافر کارخانه باما، با استفاده از 600 گرم بر تن سولفیت سدیم به جای سیانور، بازیابی سرب نسبت به زمانی که از سیانور استفاده می‌شود 5/2% افزایش یافته و بازیابی روی در کنسانتره سرب 7/0 % کم تر می‌شود، در مقابل بازیابی آهن 2/1 % افزایش و عیار سرب 5/1 % کاهش می‌یابد. در این شرایط سدیم سولفیت بر فلوتاسیون روی تأثیر مثبت گذاشته به طوری که موجب افزایش 5/1 درصدی بازیابی و 2/1 درصدی عیار روی نسبت به شرایط استفاده از سیانور می‌شود. اگر فلوتاسیون سرب با همین مقدار سدیم سولفیت و در 5/9pH= انجام شود عملکرد این ماده شیمیایی به طور کامل بهتر از عملکرد سیانور در pH طبیعی خاک می‌شود، به طوری که در این شرایط نسبت به شرایط فعلی کارخانه (استفاده از سیانور در pH طبیعی) افزون بر افزایش 8 /2 درصدی بازیابی سرب، عیار سرب نیز 2 درصد افزایش مییابد.}, keywords_fa = {فلوتاسیون,سیانور,سرب و روی,محیط زیست,کارخانه باما,سدیم سولفیت}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_27266.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_27266_e0259e33b3ec2d53d965977ba52536b7.pdf} }
