In this study, citrus, olive and tamarisk’s woods is used as raw materials to produce activated carbon, all samples were prepared from Darab city. The density measurement and moisture content and chemical analysis (cellulose, lignin, extractives, and ash) and also thermal analysis of wood samples show that there is no relation between carbon content with chemical analysis, but carbon content directly related to the density which is verified by DSC-TGA. Also, it has been seen that the thermal degradation of olivewood has been carried out at higher temperatures. The activated carbon was produced from wood samples in three methods; without activation, with physical activation (with steam) and chemical activation (with zinc chloride), and their properties (such as free surface by BET, iodine number, thermal analysis and SEM) show that. The activated carbon produced by chemical activation is more stable than other methods.In the case of activated carbon from citrus wood, the Iodine number of chemically activated carbon is observed chemically activation has significant difference compared to other methods of activation. With increasing amounts of chemical activation agent from 50 to 100%, the iodine number and surface area will increase, but increasing of this parameter from 100% to 150% has no significant effect on that properties. The maximum iodine number and BET for activated citrus wood with 150% ZnCl2 have resulted relatively 980.97 and 1050.22. The comparison of activated carbon from olive wood relative to other woods shows that olive carbon active has better characterization in all methods of activation. It also can be seen the thermal resistance of olive activated carbon is more than other woods.}, keywords = {Activated Carbon,Physical activation,Citrus wood,Olive wood,Tamarisk wood,Chemical activation,Chemical analysis of wood}, title_fa = {ساخت کربن ‌فعال به وسیله ی فعال سازی شیمیایی و ‌فیزیکی چوب های مرکبات، زیتون و ‌گز و‌ مقایسه ویژگیهای آن‌ها}, abstract_fa = {کربن‌فعال از پیرولیز هر ماده دارای کربن با استفاده‌از عملیات فعالسازی گوناگون، تولید می‌شود. دراین پژوهش، چوب درختان پرتقال، زیتون و گز منطقه داراب فارس به عنوان مواد اولیه تولید کربن‌فعال استفاده شده است. اندازه‌گیری چگالی، درصد‌رطوبت،درصدترکیبهای‌ شیمیایی (شامل سلولز، لیگنین،مواد استخراجیوخاکستر) مطابق با آیین‌نامه تاپی (TAAPI) و آنالیز گرمایی DSC-TGA بر روی نمونه‌های چوب،  نشان می‌دهد، تخریب‌گرمایی چوب‌زیتون در دماهای بالاتری انجام می‌شود. همچنین میزان ‌کربن تابعی از دانسیته چوب بوده‌و آنالیز‌شیمیایی چوب اثری بر میزان ‌کربن و پایداری‌گرمایی آن ندارد. کربن ‌فعال از‌نمونه چوب های گوناگون در سه حالت بدون فعالسازی، فعالسازی فیزیکی با بخار آب و فعالسازی شیمیایی با ‌روی کلرید(در نسبت های 50%، 100% و 150%) در شرایط همانند دما و زمان، تولید و ویژگی های آنها شامل عدد ‌یدی، سطح‌آزاد به‌روش BET، رفتار‌گرمایی و تصویرهای میکروسکوپ الکترونی با یکدیگر مقایسه شده است. نتیجه ها نشان می‌دهند که عدد‌یدی و سطح‌آزاد کربن‌فعال تولیدی به طور مستقیم تابع نوع فعالسازی می‌باشد، به شکلی که این پارامترها در فعالسازی شیمیایی تفاوت چشمگیری نسبت به سایر روشها دارد. همچنین با افزایش مقدارهای عامل فعالساز شیمیایی از 50% تا 100% میزان سطح‌آزاد، جذب همدما، حجم‌آزاد و عدد‌یدی نیز افزایش می‌یابد لیکن افزایش از 100% به 150% اثر محسوسی بر این پارامتر و در نتیجه فعالسازی کربن ندارد. بیش ترین عدد یدی و BET مربوط به نمونه چوب پرتقال فعال شده با 150% روی کلرید، با مقدارهای به ترتیب 97/980 و 22/1050 می باشد. همچنین در همه موارد فعالسازی، کربن به دست آمده از چوب‌زیتون رفتار بهتری از‌خود نشان می‌دهد و مقاومت گرمایی کربن‌فعال تولید شده از‌ چوب‌ زیتون نسبت به بقیه بیش تر است. }, keywords_fa = {کربن ‌فعال,فعال‌سازی فیزیکی,چوب پرتقال,چوب زیتون,چوب گز,فعال‌سازی شیمیایی,آنالیز شیمیایی چوب}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_27940.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_27940_1078494cd82798e7284ae84ff1870579.pdf} }
