Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Energy-Dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX), Vibrating Sample Magnetometry (VSM), and Fourier Transform-InfraRed (FT-IR) spectroscopy were applied to characterize the prepared nanoparticles. A unique and attractive property of this method is that magnetic adsorbents can be simply isolated from sample solutions by an external magnetic field without using a centrifuge. N-Benzoyl-N-phenylhydroxylamine (BPHA) was used as a complexing agent for extraction of the analyte into the solid phase. The extracted complex was injected into the instrument for analysis. Initially, effective parameters controlling the performance of the extraction process were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimized condition, the calibration curve showed linearity in the range of 25-2000 ng mL-1 with a regression coefficient corresponding to 0.997. Limits of detection (LOD, S/N = 3) and relative standard deviations were 8 ng mL-1 and 3.9 % (n = 6) respectively. The proposed method was successfully applied for the preconcentration and trace determination of V in environmental water samples while the accuracy was approved by analyzing relative recovery experiments as well as a standards reference material.}, keywords = {Magnetic multi-wall carbon nanotube,Electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry,Vanadium,Environmental water samples}, title_fa = {استفاده از نانولوله کربنی مغناطیسی برای استخراج و اندازه‌گیری وانادیوم در آب‌های زیست‌محیطی}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه نانولوله کربنی چند دیواره مغناطیسی (MMWCNTبه عنوان فاز جاذب برای استخراج، پیش‌تغلیظ و اندازه‌گیری غلظت‌های بسیار کم وانادیوم در نمونه آب‌های زیست‌محیطی توسط اسپکترومتری جذب اتمی – کوره الکتروترمال استفاده شد. ویژگی‌‌های ساختاری نانولوله سنتز شده توسط فناوری های میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی(SEM)، پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) و طیف ‌سنجی تبدیل فوریه فروسرخ (FT-IR) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. به دلیل خاصیت مغناطیسی جاذب سنتز شده، جداسازی آن از محلول آبی دارای آنالیت بدون استفاده از سانتریفیوژ و فیلتراسیون تنها با استفاده از یک مگنت بیرونی انجام شد. وانادیوم توسط لیگاند N ـ بنزیل ـ N ـ فنیل هیدروکسیل آمین به کمپلکس تبدیل و سپس به فاز جامد استخراج و سرانچام برای آنالیز به دستگاه تزریق شد. متغیرهای موثر بر فرآیند استخراج شامل مقدار جاذب، غلظت لیگاند،pH محلول و شرایط واجذب بررسی و بهینه شدند. در شرایط بهینه محدوده خطی در ناحیه 25 الی 2000 نانوگرم بر لیتر به همراه ضریب همبستگی 997/0، حد آشکارسازی 8 نانوگرم بر لیتر و انحراف استاندارد نسبی 9/3 درصد (شش مرتبه تکرار) به دست آمد. این روش برای اندازه‌گیری مقدارهای ناچیز وانادیوم در نمونه‌های آب زیست‌محیطی استفاده و درستی روش با به‌کارگیری آزمایش‌های بازیافت و آنالیز نمونه‌ مرجع تأیید شد.}, keywords_fa = {نانولوله‌های کربنی چند دیواره مغناطیسی,اسپکترومتری جذب اتمی ـ کوره الکتروترمال,وانادیوم,نمونه‌ آب‌های زیست‌محیطی}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_31914.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_31914_a877ea5c7510e9d31a75caf530d4d472.pdf} }
