In this method, cadmium metal forms a complex with ammonium pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate (APDC) and is extracted into the organic phase, 1-dodecanol. After the phase separation, the enrichment analyte is determined by electrochemical atomic absorption spectroscopy. The use of vortex as a useful tool eliminated the organic solvent of the disperser, while also distributing fine extracting solvent in the solution and increasing the contact surface, increasing the extraction efficiency and the enrichment factor. Solvent 1-dodecanol was chosen as a suitable extraction solvent due to the proper melting point and low density than water. Experimental parameters related to extraction efficiencies such as extraction solvent volume, pH, the concentration of the chelating agent, extraction time, centrifuge condition, salt concentration, and the effect of interference ions were studied. Under the optimized conditions (Extraction solvent (1-dodecanol); 90 μL, pH =2.5, APDC; 12 μL, extraction time; 3 min, centrifugation speed 4000 rpm for 2 min, no salt added, and at room temperature) detection limit (S/N=3), determination limit, reproducibility (RSD, n=5) and enrichment factor were 0.58 ng/mL, 1.92 ng/mL, 0.97% and 96 respectively. Meanwhile, in order to study the accuracy of the proposed method, environmental samples (refined water, urban water, and river water) and biological samples including human saliva and saliva, and salts with cadmium levels at concentrations of 20 and  40 ng/mL spiked, the recovery of spiked samples were very good and were in the range of 94.5-101.3%. Therefore, the proposed method can be used successfully in various aquatic, biological, and food samples.}, keywords = {Pre-concentration؛ Vortex Assisted-Solidified Floating Organic Drop MicroExtraction (VAE-SFODME),Cadmium؛ Environmental water؛ Biological samples؛ Food salt}, title_fa = {استخراج و پیش تغلیظ مقدارهای در حد آثار کادمیم در نمونه‌های آبی زیست محیطی، زیستی ، غذایی و اندازه‌گیری با دستگاه جذب اتمی الکتروترمال}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه یک روش میکرواستخراج ساده، سریع، ارزان و کارا با عنوان میکرواستخراج قطره آلی شناور منجمد کمک شده با جریان گردابی (VAE-SFODME) در پیش تغلیظ و جداسازی مقدارهای جزیی کادمیم از نمونه‌های آبی بررسی و مطالعه شد. در این روش فلز کادمیم با لیگاند آمونیوم پیرولیدین دی تیو کاربامات (APDC) کمپلکس تشکیل داد و به فاز آلی 1- دودکانول استخراج شد. پس از جداسازی فاز، آنالیت غنی‌سازی شده توسط دستگاه اسپکتروسکوپی جذب اتمی الکتروترمال اندازه‌گیری شد. استفاده از جریان گردابی باعث حذف حلال آلی پخش کننده شد در ضمن با توزیع خوب ذره های ریز حلال استخراجی در محلول و با افزایش سطح تماس باعث افزایش کارایی استخراج و فاکتور تغلیظ شد. حلال 1-دودکانول به دلیل نقطه ذوب مناسب و دانسیته پایین نسبت به آب به عنوان حلال استخراجی مناسب و کارا انتخاب شد. پارامترهای تجربی مربوط به کارایی استخراج بررسی و مطالعه شد. در شرایط بهینه (حلال استخراجی (1-دودکانول) Lµ 90، 5/2=pH، Lµ12APDC، زمان استخراج min 3، سرعت سانتریفوژ rpm 4000 به مدت min 2، بدون افزودن نمک و در دمای آزمایشگاه) حد تشخیص، حد تعیین، تکرارپذیری (درصد انحراف استاندارد نسبی برای پنج بار اندازه گیری پشت سر هم) و فاکتور تغلیظ به ترتیب ng/mL 58/0، ng/mL 92/1، 97/0% و 96 به دست آمد. در ضمن برای بررسی درستی روش برنامه‌ریزی شده نمونه‌های آبی زیست محیطی (آب تصفیه شده، آب شهری و آب رودخانه) و نمونه‌های زیستی شامل بزاق دهان و موی انسان و نمک با درجه غذایی با کادمیم در سطح های غلظتی 20 و  ng/mL40 آلوده شد، بازیابی نمونه‌های آلوده شده بسیار خوب و در بازه 3/101- 5/94 درصد است. بنابراین روش پیشنهادی می‌تواند به طور موفقیت آمیز در نمونه‌های گوناگون آبی، زیستی و غذایی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {پیش تغلیظ,میکرو استخراج قطره آلی شناور منجمد کمک شده با جریان گردابی (VAE-SFODME),کادمیم,آب زیست‌محیطی,نمونه‌های زیستی,نمک غذایی}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_34018.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_34018_78a5d701b999dd3a88d1191707b0e7b6.pdf} }
