It is necessary to develop and identify optimal chemical solutions to absorb more and reduce the absorption energy. The aqueous solutions of alkali metal hydroxides are considered by the researchers due to their low energy requirement and their compatibility with the environment in comparison with amine absorbers. In this research, hydroxide solutions, especially potassium hydroxide, have been used to absorb carbon dioxide. In absorption experiments, the effect of stirring and temperature on the absorption of carbon dioxide by aqueous hydroxide potassium in a laboratory-scale reactor has been studied. The results showed that with increasing stirring of the mixer from 50rpm to 150 rpm, the loading, absorption, and mass transfer flux of carbon dioxide increased 33%, 32%, and 36 respectively but the increase in the agitator over this amount would not have an effect on the absorption rate. The temperature increase was carried out in the range of 25-65°C with a 6 bar pressure, a concentration of 1.5 mol/L, and a stirring speed of 150 rpm. It was observed that increasing the temperature to half the absorption process increased the loading, absorption rate, and absorption flux of carbon dioxide, but the equilibrium parameters decreased slightly with increasing temperature. In fact, with temperature increasing from 22°C to 65°C, the equilibrium loading, adsorption rate and absorption flux of carbon dioxide decreased 15%, 2.4%, and 13%, respectively.}, keywords = {Chemical absorption,Carbon dioxide,Potassium hydroxide,Stirrer Speed,Temperature}, title_fa = {مطالعه تجربی جذب کربن‌دی‌اکسید با استفاده از محلول آبی پتاسیم هیدروکسید}, abstract_fa = {فناوری جذب شیمیایی به‌‌طورگسترده در صنعت، برای حذف کربن‌دی‌اکسید از گاز احتراق و همچنین شیرین‌سازی گاز طبیعی مورد استفاده قرار می‌‌گیرد. برای رشد این روش، توسعه و شناسایی جاذب‌‌های بهینه به‌‌منظور جذب بیش‌‌تر و کاهش انرژی جذب، لازم می‌‌باشد. محلول‌‌های آبی هیدروکسیدهای فلزهای قلیایی به دلیل نیاز به انرژی پایین و سازگاریشان با محیط زیست در مقایسه با جاذب‌‌های آمینی، مورد توجه پژوهشگران قراردارند. در این پژوهش از پتاسیم هیدروکسید برای جذب کربن‌دی‌اکسید استفاده شد. در آزمایش‌های جذب تأثیر دور همزن و دما بر روی میزان جذب کربن‌دی‌اکسید توسط محلول آبی پتاسیم هیدروکسید در یک راکتور هم‌‌زن‌‌دار مورد مطالعه قرارگرفت. نتیجهها نشان داد که با افزایش دور همزن از rpm50 تا rpm150 میزان بارگیری، درصد جذب و شار انتقال جرم کربن‌دی‌اکسید به ترتیب 33%، 32% و 36% افزایش می یابند ولی افزایش دور همزن بیش از این مقدار تأثیری بر میزان جذب نخواهد داشت. افزایش دما نیز در بازه‌ی ºC22-65 با فشار 6 بار، غلظت 2/1 مول بر لیتر و دور همزن rpm150 انجام شد و دیده شد که افزایش دما تا نیمه‌های فرایند جذب باعث افزایش بارگیری، درصد جذب و شار جذب کربن‌دی‌اکسید شد ولی میزان تعادلی این پارامترها با افزایش دما به میزان کمی کاهش یافت. در واقع با افزایش دما از ºC 22 به ºC 65 میزان بارگیری، درصد جذب و شار انتقال جرم تعادلی به ترتیب 15%، 2/4% و 13% کاهش یافتند.}, keywords_fa = {جذب شیمیایی,کربن‌دی‌اکسید,پتاسیم هیدروکسید,دور همزن,دما}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_36493.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_36493_a13996f73c10eb425ee38e47f15fb5bb.pdf} }
