مدل سازی ترمودینامیکی حلالیت کربن دی اکسید در محلول آبی متیل دی اتانول آمین با استفاده از معادله حالت مکعبی به اضافه تجمعی (CPA)

چکیده

در این کار، تعادل بخار مایع (VLE) سامانه سه تایی کربن دی اکسید (1)- آب(2)- متیل دی اتانول آمین(3) در بازه‌ ی گسترده دما (K 433-313) ، فشار (kPa 4930-775/0) و درصد وزنی متیل دی اتانول آمین (75-5) با استفاده از معادله‌ ی حالت مکعبی به اضافه تجمعی (CPA) مدل‌ سازی شد. مدل سازی سامانه سه تایی کربن دی اکسید ـ آب ـ متیل دی اتانول آمین با دو روش متفاوت صورت پذیرفت. روش اول: بهینه سازی پارامترهای انرژی و حجم تجمعی با فرض این که مقدار پارامتر برهم‌کنش دوتایی (kij) بین کربن دی اکسید و متیل دی اتانول آمین برابر با صفر ‌باشد. روش دوم: متوسط گیری از مقدارهای انرژی تجمعی به دست آمده در دماهای گوناگون و در درصدهای وزنی متفاوت متیل دی اتانول آمین و استفاده از آن برای بهینه سازی پارامتر حجم تجمعی و نیز پارامتر برهم‌کنش دوتایی بین کربن دی اکسید و متیل دی اتانول آمین. در هر دو روش کربن دی اکسید با دو حالت گوناگون در نظر گرفته شد: 1) به عنوان یک مولکول تجمعی با طرح تجمعی 4C و 3B .  2) به عنوان یک مولکول غیرتجمعی. نتیجه ‌های به ‌دست آمده در این کار هم‌خوانی خوبی با داده ‌های آزمایشگاهی برای سامانه سه تایی دارد. مقایسه‌ ی نتیجه‌ های به دست آمده از مدل Clegg-Pitzer و مدل N-Wilson-NRF نشان می‌ دهد که نتیجه‌ های به دست آمده از مدل CPA نسبت به هر دو مدل رضایت بخش ‌تر است. هم چنین نتیجه‌ های به دست آمده از به کار بردن طرح تجمعی 4C برای کربن دی اکسید در معادله حالت CPA خطای کمتری را نسبت به طرح تجمعی 3B و بدون طرح تجمعی برای کربن دی ‌اکسید، نشان می‌ دهد.
