طراحی، سنتز و شناسایی ساختار نوین ایندول ـ ایزوکسازول کربوهیدرازید

چکیده

ساختارهای کربوهیدرازیدی و مشتق­ های آسیل هیدرازونی از ویژگی‌های درمانی یگانه برخوردار می‌باشند و به همین دلیل به عنوان گروه‌های هدف در طراحی ساختارهای دارویی مورد توجه پژوهشگران می‌باشند. با توجه به اهمیت مشتق­ های کربوهیدرازیدی، هسته ایندول و ایزوکسازول در ترکیب ­های دارویی مؤثر با اثرهای ضد انباختگی پلاکت، ضد آلزایمر، ضد سرطان و اثرهای گسترده دیگر، در این پژوهش سنتز ساختار نوین کربوهیدرازیدی حلقه ایندول ـ ایزوکسازول از پیش ماده 3 ـ استیل ایندول آغاز شد و با استفاده از واکنشگرها و شرایط واکنش (حلال، دما) مناسب ساختار جدید 5 ـ (1 ـ متیل ـ 1 ـ ایندول ـ 3 ـ ایل)ایزوکسازول ـ 3 ـ کربوهیدرازید تهیه و ساختار فراورده­ ها در هر مرحله با استفاده از روش های طیف سنجی FT-IR، 1H-NMR و Mass  شناسایی و تأیید شد.
