بررسی ساختار، پایداری و راسمیزاسیون ایزومرهای تری‌آزا‌سیکلوهپتاتتراان‌ از دیدگاه محاسبه های نظری

چکیده

 با توجه به طبیعت و نقش  مهم آزاسیکلوهپتاتتراان و ‌آزاسیکلوهپتاتری­انیلیدن در شیمی آلی، ساختار و پایداری و راسمیزاسیون ده ایزومر تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان از طریق کاربن­ های مربوطه­ با استفاده از روش ­های محاسبه ای از اساس و تابعیت چگالی الکترون مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ایزومر 7a به ­عنوان پایدارترین ایزومر تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان معرفی شد. این ایزومر دارای تقارن غیر مسطح بوده و بزرگ­ ترین زاویه‌ی دی­ایمینی و کوچک ­ترین زاویه‌ی چرخش را در بین ایزومرهای تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان مورد مطالعه به خودش اختصاص داده است. ایزومرهای 9a, 1a به دلیل دافعه بین زوج الکترون‌های غیرپیوندی در اتم­های نیتروژن مجاور، جزو ناپایدارترین ایزومرهای  آلنی  می­باشند. تقارن غیرمسطح آلن‌ها منجر به فعالیت نوری آنها می­شود. راسمیزاسیون تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان از طریق حالت گذار یک‌تایی‏ تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-5,3,1-تری­ان-7-ایلیدن انجام می‌شود و به موقعیت اتم نیتروژن در حلقه وابسته است. ایزومرهایی دارای اتم نیتروژن در موقعیت 1 حلقه ( ایزومرهای  1، 2، 4- و 1، 2، 5- و 1، 3، 4- و  1، 3، 5- و 1، 4، 5- ) تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان از طریق حالت گذار ضد­آروماتیک گونه­ های یک­تایی تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-5,3,1-تری­ان-7-ایلیدن راسمیزه می­ شوند. درحالی ­که ایزومرهای 2، 3، 4- و 2، 3، 5- تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-6,4,2,1-تتراان از طریق حالت گذار آروماتیک یک­تایی تری‌آزاسیکلوهپتا-5,3,1-تری­ان-7-ایلیدن راسمیزه می­ شوند. هم چنین گونه­ های دارای  اتم نیتروژن در موقعیت 1 حلقه ΔE# وΔH# و ΔG# کوچک­ تری برای راسمیزه شدن نشان می ­دهند. ایزومر 2a با کوچک ­ترین ΔE# و ΔH# و ΔG# بالاترین سرعت راسمیزاسیون را به خودش اختصاص می ­دهد.
