ساخت نانو بلورهای مکعبی نقره به روش نانوفیتوسنتز و کاربرد آن‌ها در تقویت اثر آنتی بیوتیکی تترا سایکلین

چکیده

در این مطالعه، نانوبلورک های مکعبی ذره­ های نقره با روش نانوفیتوسنتز و بهره گیری از متابولیت­ های ثانویه موجود در عصاره متانولی برگ­ های زالزالک سیاه سنتز شدند. ساختار، خواص و ویژگی ­های نوری نانو ذره­ های تولید شده به وسیله میکروسکوپ الکترونی عبوری (TEM)، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (SEM)، پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD)، طیف سنجی فروسرخ (FT-IR) و فرابنفش/ مرئی(UV/Vis) بررسی و مشخصه یابی شدند. اثر ضد باکتریایی نانومکعب­ های نقره به دست آمده، به صورت جداگانه و مخلوط با تتراسایکلین در برابر چهار باکتری گرم مثبت و منفی به روش انتشار دیسک مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتیجه­ ها نشان می دهد که بیش از 80 درصد نانوبلورک ­ها دارای اندازه حدود 15-35 نانومتر و ساختار مکعبی دارند. بررسی زیستی نشان داد که این نانوذره­ های نقره ساخته شده با روش نانوفیتوسنتز، تأثیر خوبی در برابر رشد باکتری­ ها دارند و موجب تقویت اثر ضد باکتریایی آنتی بیوتیک تتراسایکلین می شود. افزایش قدرت بازداری رشد باکتری­ ها توسط این نانوبلورها، با ساختار مکعبی آن­ ها ارتباط دارد. همچنین روش نانوفیتوسنتز برای ساخت نانوذره­ ها، یک روش به صرفه، سریع، دوست­دار طبیعت و سنتز سبز بوده و شرایط بهینه برای تولید نانوذره­ ها فراهم می سازد.
