بررسی عملکردویژگی های فیزیکی و ترمودینامیکی پلیمر زیست تخریب پذیر پلی لاکتیک اسید (PLA )

چکیده

پلی‌لاکتیک اسید، یکی از بزرگترین بایوپلیمرهای مصرفی در جهان است و شامل طیف گسترده‌ای از کاربرد در بخش‌های پزشکی و صنعتی است و ویژگی‌های جالب متعددی نظیر زیست تخریب پذیری، زیست سازگاری، استحکام بالا وغیره را دارا می‌باشد. خواص فیزیکی و همچنین ساختاری زنجیره‌های مولکولی پلیمر‌ها، تحت تأثیر وزن مولکولی پلیمر‌ها قرار دارد. بنابراین با تغییر اندازه مولکول، ویژگی‌های پلیمر نیز تغییر می‌کند. نقطه ذوب، استحکام و خصوصیات فیزیکی دیگر پلیمر نیز، تابع اندازه و ابعاد مولکول (طول زنجیره‌ی پلیمری) می‌باشند. در این مطالعه، اثر درجه پلیمریزاسیون از 5- 100 بر خواص فیزیکی و ترمودینامیکی پلیمر زیست سازگار و زیست تخریب‌پذیر پلی‌لاکتیک اسید، با استفاده از تکنیک شبیه‌سازی دینامیک مولکولی در دما و فشار محیط، پرداخته شد و عواملی چون حلالیت، چگالی، حجم آزاد و غیره محاسبه شد نتایج حاصل از شبیه‌سازی، با داده‌های آزمایشگاهی موجود مقایسه شد که همخوانی خوب و قابل قبولی با یکدیگر داشتند. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که افزایش درجه پلیمریزاسیون موجب کاهش پارامتر حلالیت می‌شود و از درجه پلیمرزاسیون 30 به بعد تغییرات چندانی در پارامتر حلالیت PLA مشاهده نمی‌شود و مقدار FFV تغییر چندانی نمی کند و مقدار آن به 18.2 درصد نزدیک است.
