بررسی آزمایشگاهی کاهش نیروی درگ در یک خط لوله‌ی افقی زبر با استفاده از نانو سیال به روش پاسخ سطحی

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر  افزودن نانو سیال متشکل از نانو ذره ­های منیزیم اکسید و پلیمر پلی اکریل آمید بر میزان کاهش درگ در جریان آشفته‌ی آب در یک خط لوله‌ی  افقی زبر می‌باشد. بدین منظور سه پارامتر مؤثر  بر فرایند  (غلظت نانوذره، غلظت سورفکتانت و عدد رینولدز) در هر خط لوله با روش پاسخ سطحی بررسی و بهینه‌ شدند. بیش­ترین میزان کاهش درگ با روش بهینه‌سازی عددی، 82 درصد محاسبه شد. کفایت مدل با تحلیل نتیجه­ های ANOVA  بررسی شد و با توجه به مقدارهای بالای ضریب تبیین و ضریب تبیین تعدیل شده‌، مشخص شد داده‌ها به خوبی توسط مدل تجربی مرتبه دوم توصیف می‌شوند.
