مطالعه آزمایشگاهی حذف زیستی بنزن و تولوئن با استفاده از دو قارچ Aspergillus terreus و Exophiala xenobiotica

چکیده

در جهان رو به رشد امروز، صنایع بزرگی مانند نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی، تعیین‌کننده­ حیات و گردش اقتصادی دنیا محسوب می ­شوند، ولی از مهم‌ترین مشکل‌های این صنایع، آلودگی بیش ‌از حد و در نتیجه، اثر سوء بر روی محیط ‌زیست می­ باشد. در این پژوهش، امکان حذف دو آلاینده­ی مهم نفتی یعنی بنزن و تولوئن برای اولین بار به کمک دو قارچ  بومی نوین جداسازی شده از خاک آلوده به نفت به نام Asperjillus terreus و Exophiala xenobiotica   در شرایط آزمایشگاهی بررسی شد. چهار عامل مؤثر بر فرایند حذف شامل دما، زمان، غلظت و pH مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که بیش­ترین جذب آلاینده در دمای 25 درجه ­ی سلسیوس، زمان تماس 10 روز کامل برای قارچ A. terreus و 25 روز کامل برای قارچ E. xenobiotica، همچنین غلظت mL/L 5 از هر دو آلاینده و 7pH= رخ می دهد. در مقایسه­ قدرت حذف کنندگی دو قارچ با یکدیگر، مشخص شد که برای آلاینده­ بنزن زمانی که اثر غلظت، زمان تماس قارچ با آلاینده و دما بررسی شدند، قارچ E. xenobiotica و زمانی که اثر pH  بررسی شد، قارچ A. terreus عملکرد بهتری در جذب آلاینده از محیط کشت از خود نشان می­ دهد. در مقابل، برای آلاینده­ تولوئن در بررسی هر چهار عامل یاد شده، عملکرد قارچ A. terreus بهتر بود. به طور کلی بر اساس نتیجه‌های به دست آمده در شرایط بهینه­ هر چهار پارامتر، قارچ A. terreus  برای آلاینده بنزن با درصد حذف 35/68 و برای آلاینده تولوئن با درصد حذف 27/84 بهترین عملکرد را داشت.
