مدل سازی شار انتقال جرم در فرایند جذب واکنش دار گاز کربن ‏دی اکسید توسط محلول‌های آمینی

چکیده

در این مطالعه، شار انتقال جرم کربن دی‌اکسید در فرایند جذب واکنش ­دار توسط سه محلول متیل دی‌اتانول آمین (MDEA)، مونواتانول آمین (MEA) و پیپرازین (PZ) با استفاده از مدل نظریه فیلمی و حل هم­زمان همه معادله‌های حاکم مدل­ سازی شده ­است. تغییرهای غلظت همه اجزا در طول فیلم و شار انتقال جرم با در نظر گرفتن جابه‌ جایی فیلم و بدون جابه جایی آن محاسبه شده و مقدارهای پیش‌بینی ­شده با داده ­های تجربی فرایند جذب کربن دی‌اکسید در محلول‌های مورد نظر مقایسه شده است. در مدل ارایه شده اثر پارامترهای بدون بعد شامل پارامتر تبدیل فیلم و بارگذاری و همچنین، میزان تأثیر واکنش، نفوذ، سرعت فیلم و نفوذ گردابه‌ها بر شار انتقال جرم نیز بررسی شد. میزان انحراف از داده‌های تجربی برای شار انتقال جرم با محاسبه متوسط خطای نسبی، برای محلول پیپرازین حدود 30/5 درصد، برای محلول MEA برابر با 24/8 درصد و برای MDEA برابر با 56/6 درصد به دست آمد. با در نظر گرفتن جابه‌ جایی فیلم، میزان شار انتقال جرم تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت و میزان خطا کاهش یافت. برای محلول PZ  حدود 1/0 درصد و برای محلول‌های MEA و MDEA به ترتیب حدود 6/0 و  1/1 درصد کاهش خطا مشاهده شد. همچنین نتیجه‌ها نشان می‌دهد میزان تأثیر واکنش و نفوذ بر شار انتقال جرم به طور میانگین بیش­تر از 35 درصد نسبت به تأثیر سرعت فیلم و نفوذ گردابه‌ها است.
