پیش‌بینی دمای تخریب پلی آمید توسط سوخت های زیست سازگار با استفاده از شبکه عصبی مصنوعی

چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش‌، به کارگیری شبکه عصبی مصنوعی به منظور پیش‌بینی میزان گرمای تخریب پلی­ آمید-12 تحت تأثیر چند فاکتور مانند محیط، سوخت­ های زیست سازگار و دما در طول زمان می‌باشد. در این مدل‌سازی از یک شبکه عصبی پرسپترون سه لایه (MLP) استفاده شده است. شبکه عصبی پرسپترون شامل سه لایه ورودی، لایه پنهان و لایه خروجی است. ورودی‌های این شبکه سه متغیر مربوط به غلظت اتانول، دما و زمان است و خروجی آن دمای تخریب پلی‌آمید می­باشد. شبکه عصبی پرسپترون با تابع انتقال خطی در لایه‌ خروجی برای مدل‌سازی، طراحی شد. مقایسه نتیجه‌های تجربی و نتیجه‌های مدل‌سازی شبکه، نشان‌دهنده ضریب تبیین 99/0= R2 بود. همچنین با استفاده از داده‌های تجربی میانگین مربعات خطا و درصد میانگین مطلق خطای سامانه به ترتیب  09/0 و 03/0 به دست آمد. سپس میزان گرمای تخریب و تأثیرهای چند فاکتور مانند درصد اتانول و دماهای (25، 40 و 60) درجه سلسیوس بر ویژگی‌های فیزیکی پلی ­آمید-12 در طول زمان‌‌های (0، 900، 3000، 5000، 6000 و 7000) ساعت را پیش‌بینی نموده و نتیجه‌های به دست آمده نشان از دقت بالای شبکه عصبی در تخمین دمای تخریب می باشد.
