بررسی سطح های گوناگون اصلاح و بهینه‌سازی بخش سرد واحد اولفین بندر امام خمینی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، قسمت سرد واحد اولفین ششم بندر امام خمینی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. هدف، طراحی اصلاحی برج‌های تقطیر، شبکه مبدل گرمایی و سیکل ‌های سرماساز موجود در این قسمت است. با توجه به اهمیت در نظر گرفتن همزمان این سه قسمت هنگام طراحی و اصلاح برج‌های تقطیر زیر دمای محیط، سه سطح اصلاح پیشنهاد شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته ‌اند. در ابتدا هر قسمت به طور جداگانه و سرانجام هر سه قسمت به‌ طور همزمان مورد بررسی و اصلاح قرار گرفته است. نتیجه نشان می‌ دهد که در حالت اصلاح همزمان پارامترهای عملیاتی در برج‌های جداساز، سیکل‌های سرماساز و شبکه مبدل گرمایی وابسته، درصد صرفه‌ جویی سالانه هزینه انرژیمعادل 9/23 درصد با زمان بازگشت سرمایه معادل 3 ماه می‌ باشد.
