Geometry optimizations were carried out at B3LYP/6-311G** level of theory.The equilibrium distances, adsorption energy, Dipole moment and energies of the Highest-Occupied Molecular Orbital (HOMO) as well as the Lowest-Unoccupied Molecular Orbital (LUMO) were calculated for the adsorption process of MU molecule on the aluminum-nitride nanotubes. Results show that the adsorption energy and the electronic properties of the AlNNTs depend on the AlNNTs diameter and orientation of the MU molecule outside the tube. The adsorption energies and equilibrium distances show that the 40S configuration (Sulfur atom of MU molecule is situated above a aluminum atom of (4,0) AlNNT) is most favorable. The quite small values of electron transfer (ΔN) and the slight effect of MU molecule adsorption near the Fermi level in DOS of (4,0) AlNNT shows an inconsiderable amount of electron transfer between the MU molecule and AlNNTs in the adsorption process.}, keywords = {Density functional calculation,Aluminum-nitride nanotubes,Mustard Gas,Adsorption energies,Dipolmoment}, title_fa = {بررسی برهم کنش گاز خردل بر روی نانولوله های آلومینیوم ـ نیترید زیگزاگ (4،0)، (5،0) و (6،0)}, abstract_fa = {برای یافتن حسگرهای حساس مناسب برای مولکول خردل (MU) که یکی از عوامل تاول‌زا می ‌باشد، در این پژوهش رفتار جذب مولکول خردل بر روی سطح خارجی نانولوله‌ های آلومینیوم ـ نیترید زیگزاگ (4،0)، (5،0) و (6،0) با استفاده از روش نظریه‌ ی تابعی دانسیته(DFT) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. بهینه‌ سازی ساختاری در سطح نظری**311-6/LYP3B اجرا شد. فاصله ‌های تعادلی، انرژی جذب، گشتاور دوقطبی، انرژی بالاترین اوربیتال مولکولی اشغال شده (HOMO) و پایین ‌ترین اوربیتال مولکولی اشباع نشده (LUMO) برای فرایند جذب مولکول خردل بر روی نانولوله ‌های آلومینیوم ـ نیترید زیگزاگ محاسبه شد. نتیجه‌ ها نشان داد که انرژی‌ های جذب به قطر نانولوله وجهت‌ گیری گاز خردل بر روی سطخ خارجی نانولوله‌ ها بستگی دارد. انرژی‌ های جذب و فاصله‌ ی تعادلی نشان می دهند که پیکربندی S40 (اتم گوگرد) از مولکول خردل بالای اتم آلومینیوم نانولوله‌ی آلومینیوم ـ نیترید (4،0) واقع شده است مناسب‌ تر است.  مقدارهای کاملاً کوچک انتقال الکترون (ΔN) و تأثیر اندک جذب مولکول خردل در نزدیکی تراز فرمی در نمودار دانسیته‌ ی حالت نانولوله‌ ی آلومینیوم ـ نیترید (4،0) نشان ‌دهنده مقدار انتقال الکترون ناچیز بین مولکول خردل و نانولوله ‌های آلومینیوم ـ نیترید می‌ باشد}, keywords_fa = {Density functional calculation,Aluminum-nitride nanotubes,Mustard Gas,Adsorption energies,Dipolmoment}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_13357.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_13357_2b8337d884af133c9f99497bb314a28b.pdf} }
