The effect of important parameters such as pH of the solution, absorbent contact time, the initial concentration of Zn(II) ion, adsorbent dosage and temperature were investigated on The removal efficiency and  adsorption capacity. Also adsorbent features were studied by using SEM photographs and FT-IR spectroscopy. The maximum Zinc ion adsorption occurred in pH=6. The optimum adsorbent dosages were determined 0.03 g for spirulina microalgae and Magnetic microalgae. So at optimum pH and adsorbents dosage for 150 mg/l initial zinc ion concentration 84.43% and 96.56% of removal efficiency was obtained for spirulina microalgae and Magnetic microalgae, respectively. Removal efficiency increased by increasing contact time between adsorbent and solution and after passing 10 min for spirulina microalgae and Magnetic microalgae reached to equilibrium. Examining kinetic models showed that pseudo-second order kinetic model had best fit for adsorbents. In investigating Zinc ion initial concentration in range of 50-300 mg/l, results showed by increasing initial concentration, efficiency decreased. Also experimental data of spirulina microalgae and Magnetic microalgae solutions had best fit by sips and Langmuir, respectively. Investigating temperature effect showed, by increasing temperature, removal efficiency decreased for spirulina microalgae and Magnetic microalgae. The thermodynamic parameter was studied in 298, 303, 313 and 323 Kelvin.}, keywords = {Adsorption,Spirulina microalgae,kinetic,Magnetic microalgae,Zinc ion}, title_fa = {مطالعه مقایسه حذف فلز روی با استفاده از ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا خام و اصلاح شده با نانو جاذب مغناطیسی}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش، جذب سطحی یون روی در سامانه‌های ناپیوسته توسط ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا خام و مغناطیسی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. اثر عامل‌های مؤثر بر فرایند جذب مانند pH  اولیه ، مدت زمان تماس، غلظت اولیه یون روی، مقدار جاذب و دما بر درصد حذف و ظرفیت جذب یون روی بررسی شد. همچنین،  ویژگی‌های جاذب با استفاده از تصویرهایSEM  و طیف FT-IR مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. در مطالعه اثر pH ، بالاترین درصد جذب یون روی در 6pH= اتفاق افتاد. با بررسی تأثیر مقدار جاذب بر جذب روی، مفدار 03/0 گرم برای جاذب‌های ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا و ریزجلبک مغناطیسی به عنوان جاذب بهینه به‌دست آمد، به‌طوری که در مقدار بهینه جاذب در غلظت اولیه mg/l150 درصد حذف برای ریزجلبک اسپیرولینا و ریزجلبک مغناطیسی به ترتیب  43/84% و 56/96% به‌دست آمد. با افزایش زمان تماس بین جاذب و محلول، درصد جذب افزایش یافته و پس از گذشت 10 دقیقه برای ریزجلبک خام و مغناطیسی به تعادل رسید. با بررسی مدل‌های سنتیکی مشاهده شد که مدل سینتیک شبه درجه دوم  برای هر دو جاذب از مطابقت خوبی برخوردار بود. در بررسی اثر غلظت اولیه یون روی در بازه 50-300 میلی گرم بر لیتر، نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت، درصد جذب کاهش یافت. همچنین، در بررسی اثر غلظت اولیه یون روی در محلول و برازش داده های تجربی هم‌دماهای سیپس و لانگمویر به ترتیب با داده‌های تجربی مربوط به ریزجلبک خام و مغناطیسی بهترین تطابق را دارا بودند. با بررسی اثر دما دیده شد که با افزایش دما برای محلول دارای ریزجلبک خام و اصلاح شده، درصد جذب کاهش یافت. پارامترهای ترمودینامیکی در دماهای 293، 303، 313 و 323 کلوین مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. }, keywords_fa = {Adsorption,Spirulina microalgae,kinetic,Magnetic microalgae,Zinc ion}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_239406.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_239406_83f8faffb7be8aca86463f6a54791f9d.pdf} }
