To this end, the effect of feed methane to oxygen ratio on the minimum required preheat temperature, and the effects of feed methane to oxygen ratio, feed steam to methane ratio, and pressure on methane conversion and syngas selectivity are taken into account. Simultaneous interaction of mass and heat transfer phenomena and hydrodynamic with chemical kinetics are studied using a one-dimensional model. The well-known GRI 3.0 mechanism is applied to model the kinetics of methane oxidation reactions. The open-source numerical subroutine of TWOPNT is employed to solve the set of model equations. The model can well predict the relevant experimental data. The effect of pressure on reducing the required preheat temperature for a lean fuel is more than a rich one so that for feed methane to oxygen ratio of 0.25, increasing the pressure from 1 to 60 bar reduces the minimum required preheat temperature by 200 K and 800 K, respectively. The reaction mixture can ignite at room temperature of 298 K for feed methane to oxygen ratio of 0.5-0.7. Moreover, increasing the content of steam and methane in feed has similar effects on methane conversion whereas their effect on syngas selectivity is opposite. Increasing the feed steam to carbon ratio up to 4 reduces the syngas yield by 83-90 percent. Steam injection to feed is necessary for reducing the soot formation and increasing the hydrogen content. An increase in pressure continuously increases the methane conversion and reactor temperature for feed methane to oxygen ratio of 0.25 while for ratios of 2 and 2.5 there are optimum pressures of 30 and 35 bar in which these parameters reach a maximum value. }, keywords = {Methane combustion,laminar flame,premixed combustion,modeling and simulation,Synthesis gas}, title_fa = {مدل‌سازی و شبیه‌سازی احتراق غیرکاتالیستی متان با شعله آرام برای تولید گاز سنتز}, abstract_fa = {اثر شرایط عملیاتی بر عملکرد احتراق غیرکاتالیستی متان با شعله آرام به منظور تولید گاز سنتز مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. به این منظور اثر نسبت متان به اکسیژن خوراک بر حداقل دمای پیش‌گرم لازم برای احتراق و اثرهای نسبت متان به اکسیژن، نسبت بخار آب به متان خوراک و نیز فشار محفظه احتراق بر میزان تبدیل متان و گزینش‌پذیری و بهره تولید گاز سنتز مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. برهمکنش همزمان پدیده‌های انتقال جرم و گرما با سینتیک واکنش‌های شیمیایی با استفاده از یک مدل یک‌بعدی انجام می‌شود. سینتیک واکنش‌های احتراق متان با استفاده از سازوکار شیمیایی GRI 3.0 مدل می‌شود. حل عددی معادله‌های مدل با استفاده از زیربرنامه TWOPNT انجام می‌شود. مدل می‌تواند داده‌های آزمایشگاهی را به خوبی پیش‌بینی نماید. تاثیر افزایش فشار بر کاهش حداقل دمای پیش‌گرم لازم برای احتراق خوراک غلیظ بیش‌تر از خوراک رقیق است به‌طوری که افزایش فشار از 1 به 60 اتمسفر حداقل دمای پیش‌گرم لازم برای خوراک با نسبت متان به اکسیژن 25/0 و 1 را به ترتیب 200 و 800 کلوین کاهش می‌دهد. در نسبت متان به اکسیژن 5/0 تا 7/0، مخلوط واکنش قابلیت اشتعال در دمای 298 کلوین را داراست. افزایش موجودی متان و بخار آب در خوراک، بر روند تغییر تبدیل متان اثر همسو و بر روند تغییر گزینش‌پذیری و بهره تولید گاز سنتز اثر متقابل دارند. افزایش نسبت آب به کربن خوراک تا مقدار 4 سبب کاهش 83 تا 90 درصدی بهره تولید گاز سنتز می‌شود. تزریق بخار آب سبب کاهش نرخ تشکیل دوده و تولید گاز سنتز غنی از هیدروژن می‌شود. در خوراک رقیق با نسبت متان به اکسیژن 25/0، تبدیل متان و دمای محفظه‌ احتراق همواره با افزایش فشار افزایش می‌یابند در حالی که در خوراک غلیظ‌تر با نسبت‌های 2 و 5/2، به ترتیب در فشارهای حدود 30 و 35 بار دارای مقدار بیشینه هستند. }, keywords_fa = {Methane combustion,laminar flame,premixed combustion,modeling and simulation,Synthesis gas}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_245386.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_245386_2c495c07255dc3e8e3ba6cbdc4771c69.pdf} }
