In the aforementioned biological reactor, optimal conditions are provided for the growth of microorganisms such as fungi, bacteria, and yeast, and the cultivation of animal and plant cells is easily done in it. The use of this bioreactor allows microorganisms to grow for more than ten generations before being transferred to the production stage. In addition to controlling the volume of air bubbles, the parameters of temperature, CO2, engine speed, amount of oxygen and pH and other parameters are constantly being controlled. In biological reactors, measuring the bubbles created in the container is very important. This importance can be seen from the fact that it causes the creation of various generations of cells in the biological reactor, because the created bubbles are responsible for delivering oxygen to the existing microorganisms, as well as stirring the environment and homogenizing it. In the previous models, it was not possible to measure the amount of air in the container and control the homogeneity of the environment now, and this weakness is overcome with the help of this method. In this article, in the first step, with the help of the camera, moment-by-moment images are recorded as input data, in the second step, the images are processed, and in the last step, the processed images are created with the help of neural networks as output. The volume and amount and dispersion ratio of the bubbles in the container and the simulation results show the efficiency of the proposed method.}, keywords = {Bioreactor,Neural network,camera,bubble,Oxygen}, title_fa = {تشخیص تعداد و حجم حباب محلول در یک راکتور زیستی به کمک بینایی ماشین}, abstract_fa = {هدف از این مقاله طراحی یک  راکتور زیستی یا فرمانتور مجهز به تکنولوژی پردازش تصویر به صورت بلادرنگ با امکان بررسی حجم و تعداد حباب‌های موجود در ظرف  راکتور زیستی می‌باشد تا  امکان کنترل لحظه‌ای و دقیق به منظور رشد میکروارگانیسم‌ها را فراهم می‌نماید. در  راکتور زیستی یاد شده شرایط بهینه‌ای برای رشد میکروارگانیسم‌ها مانند قارچ و باکتری و مخمر فراهم شده و کشت سلول‌های جانوری و گیاهی در آن به راحتی انجام می‌شود. استفاده از این  راکتور زیستی به میکروارگانیسم‌ها این امکان را می‌دهد که پیش از انتقال به مرحله تولید بیش از ده نسل رشد کنند. علاوه بر کنترل حجم حباب‌های هوا، پارامترهای دما، CO2، دور موتور، مقدار اکسیژن و pH و پارامترهای دیگر نیز مدام در حال کنترل شدن است. در  راکتورهای زیستی اندازه‌گیری حباب‌های ایجاد شده در ظرف دارای اهمیت فراوانی است این اهمیت از این جهت دیده می‌شود که سبب ایجاد نسل‌های گوناگونی از سلول‌ها در  راکتور زیستی می‌شود، زیرا حباب‌های ایجاد شده وظیفه رساندن اکسیژن به میکروارگانیسم‌های موجود و نیز هم‌زدن محیط و همگن سازی آن را برعهده دارند که این امر موجبات رشد و تکثیر مناسب میکروارگانیسم‌ها را فراهم می‌کند. در مدل‌های همانند پیشین امکان اندازه‌گیری مقدار هوای موجود در ظرف و کنترل همگن بودن محیط در لحظه وجود نداشته که این ضعف به کمک این شیوه بر طرف می‌شود. در این مقاله درگام اول به کمک دوربین تصویرهای لحظه به لحظه به عنوان داده ورودی ضبط شده در گام پسین تصویرها پردازش شده و درگام آخر تصویرهای پردازش شده به کمک شبکه‌های عصبی به عنوان خروجی ایجاد می‌شود. حجم و مقدار و نسبت پراکندگی حباب‌ها در ظرف و نتیجه‌های شبیه‌سازی کارایی روش پیشنهادی را نشان می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {Bioreactor,Neural network,camera,bubble,Oxygen}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_249611.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_249611_9516607e1f4360d44d2a9c899de28f60.pdf} }
