For this aim, 30 grams of sample was loaded in a laboratory-sized reactor and pyrolyzed at 500°C under atmospheric pressure. The amount of gas produced in the presence of catalysts decreased 11.96 and 16.08 wt% for HDPE and mixed polyethylene, but not for LDPE, indicating an increase in heavy vapor cracking. The amount of wax produced in the presence of a catalyst has increased 5.94 and 3.59 wt% for HDPE and mixed polyethylene excluding LDPE. The amount of liquid product obtained was increased for all three samples in the presence of biochar catalysts (from 12.30 to 16.69, from 38.21 to 46.19, and from 4.47 to 16.97 wt% for LDPE, HDPE, and mixed, respectively). Biochar increased the propane content for all three samples. This was due to the increase in cracking and conversion of heavy molecules to propane. Ethane content for LDPE decreased while for HDPE increased. This is indicating more breakdown of HDPE molecules and reaction of molecules with each other and with ethane to other products such as propane. Liquid product analysis showed that biochar catalysts tended to reduce compounds such as alcohols, indicating a tendency to deoxidize. In addition, biochar also caused the breakdown of larger and smaller aromatic molecules. The catalyst analysis indicated the presence of a coke layer on the catalyst, which contained more aromatic and oxygenated compounds.}, keywords = {Polyethylene,Pyrolysis,Fuel,catalyst,biochar}, title_fa = {بررسی فرایند پیرولیز کاتالیستی پلی اتیلن در حضور کاتالیست بیوچار برای تبدیل آن به سوخت مایع}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش، تأثیر کاتالیست بیوچار بر فرایند پیرولیز پلی‌اتیلن سبک، سنگین و مخلوط آن بررسی شد. به این منظور، در یک راکتور با اندازه های آزمایشگاهی، 30  گرم از نمونه بارگذاری شد و پیرولیز نمونه‌ها در دمای C° 500  و در فشارجو انجام پذیرفت. میزان گاز تولیدی در حضور کاتالیست به جز پلی‌اتیلن سبک برای پلی‌اتیلن سنگین و مخلوط به ترتیب 96/11 و 08/16 درصد کاهش یافت که نشان از افزایش کراکینگ بخارهای سنگین دارد. میزان موم تولیدی در حضور کاتالیست به جز پلی‌اتیلن سبک برای پلی‌اتیلن سنگین و مخلوط نیز به ترتیب 94/5 و 59/3 درصد افزایش یافت. میزان فراورده مایع تولیدی در حضور کاتالیست بیوچار برای هر سه نمونه افزایش یافت (از 30/12 به 69/16، از 21/38 به 19/46 و از 47/4 به 97/16 در صد وزنی به ترتیب برای پلی اتیلن سبک، سنگین و مخلوط). حضور کاتالیست میزان پروپان برای هر سه نمونه را افزایش داد که این نشان‎ دهنده افزایش کراکینگ و تبدیل مولکول‌های سنگین به پروپان است. میزان اتان برای پلی‌اتیلن سبک کاهش و برای پلی‌اتیلن سنگین افزایش یافت که نشان از شکست بیشتر مولکول‌های سنگین پلی‌اتیلن و واکنش مولکول‌ها با همدیگر و با اتان به فراورده های دیگری مانند پروپان است. آنالیز فراورده ی مایع نشان داد که کاتالیست بیوچار تمایل به کاهش ترکیب‌هایی مانند الکل‌ها را دارد که نشان‌دهنده تمایل آن بر اکسیژن زدایی است. همچنین بیوچار باعث شکست مولکول‌های آروماتیک بزرگ‌تر به کوچک‌تر شد. آنالیز کاتالیست نشان از وجود لایه‌ای کک بر روی کاتالیست بود که دارای ترکیب های آروماتیک و اکسیژن‌دار بود. }, keywords_fa = {Polyethylene,Pyrolysis,Fuel,catalyst,biochar}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_251158.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_251158_f380d2d62f940e3d2c839ac07adaaac2.pdf} }
