One of the promising strategies for reducing the number of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere is preventing the emission of these gases by gas flaring. In this paper, the possibility of using flare gas of ammonia production unit as a feed of solid oxide fuel cell is investigated. This gas which contains ahigh percentage of hydrogen should be sent into ammonia separation unit before entering the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC). After separation of ammonia from the flue gas, the gas is fed to the SOFC directly. About 10 percent of the gas stream composed of meTEMPthane. So the meTEMPthane steam reforming reaction, water-gas shift reaction and electrochemical reaction simultaneously occur within the cell. The modeling results indicate that at the first, the power generation increases with enhancing the current density, but increasing the current density more TEMPthan 1.8 A/cm2 will decreases the generated power because the decreasing effect of voltage drop on power generation is more severe TEMPthan the increasing effect of higher current densities. Regarding this fact that carbon monoxide participates in electrochemical reactions, the output stream of SOFC contains a high percentage of water vapor and a small amount of carbon dioxide. The investigations in this paper indicate that the use of SOFC in which meTEMPthane is fully converted to hydrogen is a safe way to reduce greenhouse gas emission}, keywords = {Solid oxide fuel cell,Hydrogen,Ammonia plant,Purge gas}, title_fa = {تولید هیدروژن با بازیافت گاز دورریز واحد آمونیاک برای تأمین خوراک پیل سوختی اکسید جامد و کاهش گازهای گلخانه ای}, abstract_fa = {گرم شدن هوای زمین و افزایش غلظت گازهای گلخانه ای در جو زمین یکی از مهم ترین مشکل هایی است که بشر در سال های اخیر با آن مواجه است. یکی از راهکارهای امیدبخش برای کاهش میزان گازهای گلخانه ای موجود در جو، جلوگیری از نشر این گازها توسط مشعل هاست. در این پژوهش، امکان به کارگیری گاز دورریز واحد تولید آمونیاک پتروشیمی در پیل سوختی اکسید جامد مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این گاز که دارای درصد بالایی هیدروژن است، پیش از آن که به پیل فرستاده شود وارد واحد جداسازی آمونیاک می شود. سپس جریان گاز بدون آمونیاک به طور مستقیم وارد پیل می شود. حدود 10 درصد این جریان گاز از متان تشکیل شده است. بنابراین واکنش های اصلاح متان با بخار، انتقال آب–گاز و الکتروشیمیایی به طور همزمان درون پیل انجام می شوند.نتیجه های به دست آمده از مدل سازی نشان می دهند که در ابتدا توان الکتریکی نسبت به افزایش جریان الکتریکی یک روند افزایشی دارد، اما پس از جریان الکتریکی A/cm2 8/1، کاهش می یابد، زیرا در جریان های بالاتر تأثیر افت پتانسیل ها بیش تر میشود و روند کاهشی ولتاژ بر افزایش جریان غالب می شود. با توجه به این که گاز کربن مونواکسیددر واکنش الکتروشیمیایی شرکت می کند، خروجی پیل سوختی دارای درصد بالایی بخار آب و مقدار کمی کربن دی اکسید است. همچنین بررسی های انجام شده در این مقاله نشان می دهد استفاده از پیل سوختی که در آن متان به طور کامل در واکنش اصلاح شرکت می کند، یک روش مطمئن برای کاهش میزان آلایندگی متان است.}, keywords_fa = {پیل سوختی اکسید جامد,هیدروژن,واحد آمونیاک,گاز دور ریز}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_26365.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_26365_1e9bbb03c0ba4799520c5dbb813c5a63.pdf} }
