One way of removing radioactive materials from nuclear waste is by means of natural adsorbents. In this study, natural zeolites of Firoozkooh and Tabrizhave been prepared and identified with the FT-IR, XRD, BET, and XRF methods. The results showed the Clinoptilolite and Ferrocarpholite structure with an average particle size of 30, 38.7 nanometer, and a specific surface area of 28.51 and 4.78 m2/g for Firoozkooh and Tabriz zeolites, respectively. The effects of different variables such as pH, time of contact between the exchanger and solution, initial concentration of ions and the amount of adsorbent were investigated and optimum conditions for separation of these ions were determined. The maximum adsorption of thorium ions on both adsorbents under optimum experimental conditions was observed at 25 mg/L, pH=4, 240 min. and weight of 0.1 g, 96.93% and 96.77%, and for uranium ion, the maximum adsorption was at 25 mg/L, pH=4 for Firouzkohe zeolite and  pH=5 for Tabriz zeolite, 240 min. contact time, 0.1 g weight, 93.01% and 52.68% respectively by zeolites of Firouzkooh and Tabriz, which increased the mass of zeolite in Tabriz up to 0.3 g, the highest uranium uptake reached 83.65%.}, keywords = {Zeolite,Uranium,Thorium,Natural adsorbent,Waste management}, title_fa = {مقایسه قابلیت جذب نانو زئولیت های طبیعی فیروزکوه و تبریز در حذف یون های توریم و اورانیم از محلول آبی}, abstract_fa = {جداسازی یون های توریم و اورانیم موجود در پسمان های رادیواکتیو از فرایندهای مهم و پیچیده در مدیریت و انبارکردن دورریزهای رادیواکتیو صنایع هسته ای به حساب می آید. یکی از رو شهای حذف عنصرهای رادیواکتیو از پسمانهای هستهای استفاده از جاذب های طبیعی است. با این رویکرد در این پژوهش زئولیت های طبیعی مربوط به منطقه های فیروزکوه و تبریز با استفاده از دستگاه های FT-IR، XRD، BET و XRF شناسایی شدند.بررسی نتیجه ها نشان داد که نمونه های طبیعی دارای ساختار کلینوپتیلولیت و فروکارفولیت و میانگین اندازه ذره ها 30 و 7/38 نانومتر و مساحت سطح 51/28 و 78/4 متر مربع بر گرم به ترتیب برای زئولیتهای فیروزکوه و تبریز است.تأثیر متغیرهای pH، زمان تماس فاز محلول و مبادلهکننده، غلظت اولیه یونها و مقدار جرم جاذب بر میزان جذب بررسی و شرایط بهینه برای عملکرد دلخواه مبادلهکننده ها برای جداسازی یون های مورد مطالعه تعیین شد. بیش ترین جذب یون های توریم بر روی هر دو جاذب در شرایط آزمایشی بهینه در غلظت 25 میلی گرم بر لیتر، pHبرابر4، زمان تماس 240 دقیقه و وزن 1/0 گرم، %93/96 و %57/96 وبرای یون اورانیم نیز بیش ترین جذب در غلظت 25 میلی گرم بر لیتر،  pH برابر 4 برای زئولیت فیروزکوه و  pH برابر 5=برای زئولیت تبریز، زمان تماس 240 دقیقه و وزن 1/0 گرم، %01/93 و %68/52 به ترتیب توسط زئولیت فیروزکوه و تبریز به دست آمد که با افزایش جرم زئولیت تبریز تا 3/0 گرم بیش ترین مقدار جذب اورانیم به %65/83 رسید.}, keywords_fa = {Zeolite,Uranium,Thorium,Natural adsorbent,Waste management}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_29050.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_29050_5dd671f4705556f2c19a62672f20250b.pdf} }
