The SAPO-34 adsorbent as a molecular sieve has pores the same as CO2 and larger than CH4, so this causes high CO2 separation from the natural gas. In this study, SAPO-34 has been modified by H3PO4 at various operating conditions in order to maximize removing of carbon dioxide from the natural gas. Modifications can change the Si/Al ratio of SAPO-34 that is leading to a change in the acidity of adsorbent via the ion exchange process. These changes have been analyzed by various techniques such as EDX, SEM, XRD, and BET. The effects of temperature and pressure on separation have been verified at 5, 20 and 35 °Ϲ and 3, 5 and 7 bar, respectively. The results indicated that by increasing pressure and decreasing temperature, the amount of adsorption is increased, but at very low temperatures and very high pressures, this trend was slightly reversed. Finally, by applying the design of experiments the temperature of 17.4 ºC and pressure of 4.6 bar represented the highest yield for removing CO2 from natural gas (95%).}, keywords = {CO2/Natural gas,SAPO-34,Ion exchange,Modification of adsorbent}, title_fa = {اصلاح جاذب SAPO-34 برای جداسازی 2CO از گاز طبیعی در فشار پایین: بررسی اثر اسیدیته، تبادل یون و نسبت Si/Al}, abstract_fa = {از میان فرایندهای گوناگون جداسازی ناخالصی‌ها از گاز طبیعی، جذب بر روی جاذب جامد به علت سادگی و هزینه پایین و نیز امکان دستیابی به مقدارهای حذف بالای 2CO مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. جاذب SAPO-34 که یک غربال مولکولی است به علت اندازه حفره های همانند کربن دیاکسید و بزرگ‌تر از CH4 سبب جداسازی بالای 2CO از گاز طبیعی می شود. در این پژوهش، جاذب SAPO-34با فسفریک اسید اصلاح و تغییر ویژگی های آن منجر به جداسازی بیش تر 2CO از گاز طبیعی شد. تغییرها در SAPO-34 شامل تغییر در نسبت Si/Al ، تغییر اسیدیته و همچنین تبادل یون می‌باشد. این تغییرها با فناوری های گوناگون آنالیز مانند EDX، SEM، XRD و BET مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. اثر دما و فشار بر مقدار جذب با انجام آزمایش روی جاذب‌ها در دماهای °C 5، 20 و 35 و در فشارهای bar 3، 5 و 7 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتیجه ها نشان داد که با افزایش فشار و کاهش دما، مقدار جذب افزایش یافته است و با به کارگیری روش طراحی آزمایش های دمای °C  4/17و فشار bar 6/4 به‌عنوان شرایط بهینه برای دستیابی به بیشترین مقدار حذف 2CO از گاز طبیعی (%95) تعیین شد.}, keywords_fa = {CO2/Natural gas,SAPO-34,Ion exchange,Modification of adsorbent}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_29353.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_29353_478e72e6b2d289d22aa373ddd43968a4.pdf} }
