In this study, in order to predict the amount of sediment, two equations for activity coefficient and constant thermodynamic equilibrium have been studied. The Extended UNIQUAC activity factor model has been used to investigate and determine the calcium sulfate mineralization index. The performance of this model is desirable in electrolytic systems and its coefficients are optimized based on empirical results. The results of this study were compared to experimental data, Pitzer and NRTL models, and the result of OLI3.2 software for the prediction of anhydrite mineral deposition. Based on the results, the total relative error of anhydrite precipitation prediction compared to the experimental results in the Extended UNIQUAC, Pitzer, and NRTL models and OLI3.2 software are 0.41(41%), 0.44 (44.72%), 0.53 (53%), and 0.99 (99%), respectively. Also, based on the results of the optimized model and the experimental results, the solubility of calcium sulfate precipitation in the presence of magnesium chloride and calcium chloride decreases with increasing temperature. By comparing the calculated results, it can be concluded that the proposed model has good accuracy. In this study, the pressure range was 25 to 250 bar and the temperature ranged from 1 to 300 ° C.}, keywords = {Inorganic deposition,equilibrium constant,Oli software,Extended UNIQUAC Model}, title_fa = {پیش بینی ترمودینامیکی تشکیل رسوب معدنی Anhydrite در محلول‌های الکترولیتی سامانه نفتی}, abstract_fa = {در پژوهش حاضر، پیش بینی تشکیل رسوب معدنی کلسیم سولفات بدون آب در سامانه نفتی و در حضور محلول آبی الکترولیتی مورد توجه بوده است. در این مطالعه به منظور پیش بینی مقدار رسوبات دو معادله ضریب فعالیت و ثابت تعادل ترمودینامیکی مطالعه شده است. برای بررسی و تعیین شاخص تشکیل رسوب معدنی کلسیم سولفات از مدل ضریب فعالیتUNIQUAC  Extended  استفاده شده است. کارائی این مدل در سامانه های الکترولیتی دلخواه بوده  و ضریب های آن براساس نتیجه های تجربی بهینه سازی شده است.  نتیجه های این پژوهش درباره مطالعه پیش بینی تشکیل رسوب معدنی انیدریت با نتیجه های تجربی، مدل Pitzer، مدل NRTL و نرم افزارOLI3.2   مقایسه شد. براساس نتیجه های این مطالعه، میزان خطای نسبی کل پیش بینی رسوب انیدریت با مدل Extended UNIQUAC، مدل Pitzerو مدل  NRTLو نرم افزار OLI  نسبت به نتیجههای تجربی، به ترتیب 41/0 (41%)، 44/0 (72/44%)، 5326/0 ( 26/53%)  و 9904/0 ( 04/99%) است.هم چنین براساس نتیجه های مدل بهینه شده و نتیجه های تجربی، حلالیت رسوب کلسیم سولفات در حضور منیزیم کلرید و کلسیم کلرید با افزایش دما  کاهش می یابد. با مقایسه نتیجه های محاسبه شده می توان دریافت که مدل پیشنهادی از صحت و دقت خوبی برخوردار است. در این مطالعه بازه تغییر فشار  بین 25 تا 250 بار و دما بین 1 تا 300 درجه سلسیوس بوده است.}, keywords_fa = {رسوب معدنی,تابت تعادل ترمودینامیکی,نرم افزار Oli,مدل Extended UNIQUAC}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_31723.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_31723_552f62159bc20405df5471f279f2add1.pdf} }
