This fuel is mainly produced from plants and crops. In order to determine the effective parameters on the production of fermentable sugar, dilute acid hydrolysis of Poplar waste in the bioethanol process has been used as a surface response method and central composite design. The wood was first washed with distilled water and dried in air and sunlight, ground by a vibrating disc grinder up to 50 μm and stored in zipped plastics in room air and then hydrolyzed at certain temperatures in an acidic solution in an autoclave. To investigate the effect of the three main variables of acid concentration, temperature, and time on the fermentable sugar produced, temperature at 3 levels of 140, 160, and 180 ° C acid concentration at 3 levels of 0.5,1, and 1.5% and time in 3 levels of 5, 10, and 15 min were selected. By using Molisch, Barford, and Resorcinol quality tests, the major constituents of the refined product were identified as glucose. Glucose concentration was measured using the line anion method and modeled by a two-squared equation. The results showed that in the defined range glucose production was affected by the second power of temperature and then the concentration of acid and to a small extent is affected by time. At high temperatures and concentrations of acid and medium time, most of the glucose products can be produced.}, keywords = {Dilute acid,Fermentable sugar,Acid Hydrolysis,Poplar tree,RSM,CCD}, title_fa = {استفاده از روش پاسخ سطح و طراحی مرکب مرکزی در بهینه سازی قندسازی از دورریز هرس درخت سپیدار در فرایند بیواتانول به روش هیدرولیز با اسید رقیق}, abstract_fa = {محدود بودن منابع سوختهای فسیلی و نیاز روزافزون به سوخت، آلودگی هوا و نیاز به سوختهای سبز باعث شده تا بیواتانول به عنوان انرژی تجدید شونده مورد توجه قرار گیرد. این سوخت به طور عمده از گیاهان و فراورده های زراعی تولید می شود. به منظور تعیین پارامتر های مؤثر بر تولید شکر قابل تخمیر از هیدرولیز اسید رقیق دورریزهای درخت سپیدار در فرایند بیواتانول از روش پاسخ سطح و طراحی مرکب مرکزی استفاده شد. چوب درخت نخست با آب مقطر شسته شده و در معرض هوا و نور خورشید خشک شده و توسط آسیاب دیسکی ارتعاشی تا 50 میکرومتر آسیاب و در پلاستیک های زیپ دار در هوای اتاق نگهداری شد و سپس در دماهای معین در محلول اسیدی در اتوکلاو به مدت تعیین شده گرما داده شد. به برای بررسی تأثیر سه متغیر اصلی  غلظت اسید، دما  و زمان بر روی شکر قابل تخمیر تولید شده دما در 3 سطح 140، 160، و 180 درجه سلسیوس غلظت اسید در 3 سطح 5/0، 1 ، و 5/1 درصد و زمان در 3 سطح 5، 10، و 15 دقیقه بهعنوان پایه انتخاب شد. با استفاده از آزمایش های کیفی مولیش، بارفورد و ریزرسینال ترکیب عمده فراوردهی صاف شده گلوگز تشخیص داده شد. غلظت گلوکز با استفاده از روش لین انیون اندازه گیری و به وسیله یک معادله دو مجذوری مدل شد. نتیجه ها نشان داد که تولید گلوکز در  بازه ی تعریف شده بیش تر تحت تأثیر توان دوم دما و سپس  غلظت اسید وبه مقدار کم تر  تحت تأثیر زمان است. در دما و غلظت بالای اسید و زمان متوسط میتوان بیش ترین فراوردهی گلوکز را تولید نمود.}, keywords_fa = {شکر قابل تخمیر,هیدرولیز اسیدی,سپیدار,روش پاسخ سطحی,طراحی مرکب مرکزی}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_33677.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_33677_dcb2be92dcbce990820b27ddd3266ce8.pdf} }
