To fabricate nanocomposite, the effective variables in the fabrication process such as pH of the solution, AgNO3 concentration, the mass ratio of Ag to nano paper, temperature, and reaction time was optimized. The results obtained from Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), Energy Dispersive x-ray Spectroscopy (EDS), Thermal Gravimetry Analysis (TGA), and UV-Vis spectroscopy showed that AgNPs have been successfully synthesized and fixed in the structure of BCNF film. The changes in peak absorption of local surface plasmonic of AgNP to the increase of MBO concentration were considered as an analytic sign. The prepared sensor has a linear range of 5 - 150 μg mL-1 and a limit of detection of 1.7 μg mL-1 for the determination of MBO. To evaluate the selectivity of the sensor, its performance was investigated in the presence of interference compounds. To investigate the practical performance of the sensor to detect MBO, a water sample of Tejan River was evaluated. The results confirmed that the sensor has selectivity ability in the presence of other probable troublesome compounds and is suitable to detect MBO in real samples.}, keywords = {Optical sensor,Silver Nanoparticle,Bacterial cellulose nanofiber,2-mercaptobenzoxazole}, title_fa = {حسگر نوری نانوذره‌های نقره/ نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی برای تعیین ۲- مرکاپتوبنزاکسازول}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش‌، حسگر نوری بر پایه نانوکامپوزیت نانوذره‌های نقره/ نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی ساخته و برای تعیین ۲- مرکاپتوبنزاکسازول (MBO) به عنوان ماده سمی و آلاینده آب استفاده شد. به منظور ساخت نانوکامپوزیت، عامل‌های مؤثر بر فرایند ساخت، همچون pH محلول، غلظت نقره نیترات و نسبت جرمی آن با نانوکاغذ، دما و مدت زمان واکنش، بهینه شدند. نتیجه‌های به دست آمده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (FESEM)، طیف بینی پراکنش انرژی پرتوی X (EDS)، آنالیز وزن سنجی گرمایی (TGA) و طیف بینی فرابنفش- مرئی، به خوبی وجود نانوذره‌های نقره و تثبیت آن‌ها در بافت نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی را نشان دادند. تغییر در جذب قله پلاسمون سطحی موضعی نانوذره‌های نقره نسبت به افزایش غلظت آنالیت به عنوان علامت تجزیه ای در نظر گرفته شد. حسگر تهیه شده دارای گستره خطی µg/mL1۵0-25/17 و حد تشخیص  µg/mL۷2/۱ برای اندازهگیری MBO می باشد. برای بررسی گزینش پذیری حسگر، عملکرد آن در حضور گونه های مزاحم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین به منظور بررسی کارایی عملی حسگر مورد نظر در اندازه گیری MBO، نمونه حقیقی از آب رودخانه تجن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به داده ها، حسگر مورد نظر در حضور بیش‌تر یون های احتمالی مزاحم گزینش پذیر و برای اندازه گیری نمونه های حقیقی مناسب است.}, keywords_fa = {Optical sensor,Silver Nanoparticle,Bacterial cellulose nanofiber,2-mercaptobenzoxazole}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_39271.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_39271_838dda48b719928511a008b81bb4ea52.pdf} }
