The effects of all components' concentration during film and mass transfer flux with and without film displacement were investigated and predicted values were compared with experimental data of the carbon dioxide absorption process in the desired solutions. The influence of various dimensionless parameters including film and loading parameters as well as the effects of reaction, diffusion, film velocity, and eddy on mass transfer in the proposed model has been studied. The deviations were calculated from the experimental data for the mass transfer flux by calculating the average relative deviation (ARD). The values of ARD were obtained at about 5.30%, 8.24%, and 6.56% for PZ, MEA, and MDEA solutions respectively. Moreover, based on the film displacement, the mass transfer flux was affected and the average relative deviations decreased. For PZ solution, 0.1% and for MEA and MDEA solutions, 0.6% and 1.1% error reductions were observed, respectively. Furthermore, the results show that the effects of reaction and diffusion on the mass transfer flux are on average more than 35% than the effects of film velocity and eddy influence.}, keywords = {CO2 reactive-absorption,Mass Transfer Flux,Film modeling,Amine solution,Film velocity}, title_fa = {مدل سازی شار انتقال جرم در فرایند جذب واکنش دار گاز کربن ‏دی اکسید توسط محلول‌های آمینی}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه، شار انتقال جرم کربن دی‌اکسید در فرایند جذب واکنش دار توسط سه محلول متیل دی‌اتانول آمین (MDEA)، مونواتانول آمین (MEA) و پیپرازین (PZ) با استفاده از مدل نظریه فیلمی و حل همزمان همه معادله‌های حاکم مدل سازی شده است. تغییرهای غلظت همه اجزا در طول فیلم و شار انتقال جرم با در نظر گرفتن جابه‌ جایی فیلم و بدون جابه جایی آن محاسبه شده و مقدارهای پیش‌بینی شده با داده های تجربی فرایند جذب کربن دی‌اکسید در محلول‌های مورد نظر مقایسه شده است. در مدل ارایه شده اثر پارامترهای بدون بعد شامل پارامتر تبدیل فیلم و بارگذاری و همچنین، میزان تأثیر واکنش، نفوذ، سرعت فیلم و نفوذ گردابه‌ها بر شار انتقال جرم نیز بررسی شد. میزان انحراف از داده‌های تجربی برای شار انتقال جرم با محاسبه متوسط خطای نسبی، برای محلول پیپرازین حدود 30/5 درصد، برای محلول MEA برابر با 24/8 درصد و برای MDEA برابر با 56/6 درصد به دست آمد. با در نظر گرفتن جابه‌ جایی فیلم، میزان شار انتقال جرم تحت تأثیر قرار گرفت و میزان خطا کاهش یافت. برای محلول PZ  حدود 1/0 درصد و برای محلول‌های MEA و MDEA به ترتیب حدود 6/0 و  1/1 درصد کاهش خطا مشاهده شد. همچنین نتیجه‌ها نشان می‌دهد میزان تأثیر واکنش و نفوذ بر شار انتقال جرم به طور میانگین بیشتر از 35 درصد نسبت به تأثیر سرعت فیلم و نفوذ گردابه‌ها است.}, keywords_fa = {CO2 reactive-absorption,Mass Transfer Flux,Film modeling,Amine solution,Film velocity}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_43238.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_43238_a459a49b28f969398f934bf8d195317d.pdf} }
