For this purpose, in a laboratory-sized reactor, 30 g of the sample was loaded and the pyrolysis of the samples was performed at 500  and at atmospheric pressure. The results showed that the biochar catalyst did not have a significant effect on the bioavailability of pyrolysis, while the amount of gas product decreased (5.78 wt% decline) and the biochar increased (5.19 wt% increase); it also changed the specifications of the products. In the case of gas products, the summation of CO and CO2 levels increased in total (8.68 wt% increase), while the hydrocarbon gases with more than two carbon declined (16.10 wt% decline), but did not have a significant effect on CH4 levels. Biochar catalysts have increased the amount of aromatics and reduced linear compounds in bioavailability, indicating the tendency of Biochar catalysts to process the conversion of linear compounds to aromatics such as carboxylic acids. Biochar also had a strong tendency to de-oxygenate bioavailability, which led to improved bioavailability. The production quartet had less aromatics. DTG analysis showed that the solution from the catalytic pyrolysis process had a lighter and more regular molecular network. Catalyst XRD analysis also showed that a layer of carbon (coke) material from the polymerization process of the aromatic compounds in the vapors produced in the pyrolysis process was sitting on the catalyst. Considering all, the presence of biochar catalyst did not change the yield of bio-oil, while its quality such the aromatic content enhanced.}, keywords = {Poplar wood,Pyrolysis,catalyst,biochar}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر کاتالیست بیوچار در فرایند پیرولیز چوب صنوبر برای تولید سوخت}, abstract_fa = {در این پژوهش پیرولیز چوب صنوبر در مجاورت کاتالیست بیوچار تولیدی از فرایند گازسازی چوب صنوبر، بررسی شد. بدین منظور، در یک راکتور با اندازه آزمایشگاهی، 30 گرم از نمونه بارگذاری شد و پیرولیز در دمای 500 درجه سلسیوس و در فشار یک اتمسفر انجام پذیرفت. نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که کاتالیست بیوچار تأثیر محسوسی بر میزان سوخت زیستی به‌دست آمده از پیرولیز نداشته است. در حالی که میزان فراورده گازی کاهش (78/5 درصد) و بیوچار افزایش یافته (19/5 درصد)؛ همچنین مشخصه های فراورده‌های تولیدی را تغییر داده است. در مورد فراورده‌های گازی، کاتالیست مجموع میزان CO و CO2 را افزایش (68/8 درصد) و نیز مجموع گازهای هیدروکربنی یبشتر از دو کربن را کاهش داد (10/16 درصد). ولی تأثیر محسوسی بر میزان CH4 نداشته است. بیوچار میزان آروماتیک‏ ها را افزایش و ترکیب‌های خطی را در سوخت زیستی کاهش داده است که نشان از تمایل کاتالیست بیوچار برای فرایند تبدیل ترکیب‌های خطی به آروماتیک‏ ها مانند اسیدهای کربوکسیلیک بوده است. همچنین بیوچار تمایل زیادی برای اکسیژن‏زدایی از سوخت زیستی را داشت که منجر به بهبود ویژگی‌های سوخنی سوخت زیستی شد. چار تولیدی دارای آروماتیک کمتری بوده است. آنالیز DTG نشان دادکه چار به‌دست آمده از فرایند پیرولیز کاتالیستی شبکه مولکولی سبک‏تر و منظم‏تری داشته است. همچنین آنالیز XRD کاتالیست نشان داد که لایه ‏ای از مواد کربنی (کک) که به دلیل فرایند بسپارش ترکیب‌های آروماتیکی موجود در بخارهای تولید شده در فرایند پیرولیز است، بر روی کاتالیست نشسته بوده است. در کل حضور بیوچار تغییری در میزان سوخت زیستی نداشته اما کیفیت سوخت آن مانند میزان آروماتیک‌ها را افزایش داد.}, keywords_fa = {Poplar wood,Pyrolysis,catalyst,biochar}, url = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_44326.html}, eprint = {https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_44326_ef49782ccbb46d37de5c50af601c7625.pdf} }
