Therefore, in this research, the scale-up of bioreactors as one of the main issues in the industrialization of laboratory research is discussed. In this research, scale-up calculations based on Reynolds number and momentum factors, blade speed (ND<sub>i</sub> and N), and constant mass transfer mass coefficient (K<sub>L</sub>a) are investigated. Since simulations of these criteria are manually time-consuming, computer simulation is essential. Therefore, in the present study, the scale-up of mixed bioreactors was simulated by excel software. Results of this research </em><em>for scale-up of a bioreactor </em><em>from 100 liters to 125 liters </em><em>and </em><em>from 80 liters to 10000 </em><em>with other researchers were compared and confirmed. However, using this software, you can make the optimization on a larger scale in the shortest possible time, which reduces costs such as optimization costs, labor costs, and more.
