The creation and exploitation of technology involve a series of events that begin with inventions and end in the market. The oil is produced after the drilling and completion of the well. Since the presence of water and gas can cause problems for consumers such as refineries, exports, etc., they must first be processed before being sent to the main consumer. For the first time in the country, this article presents a comprehensive and valuable study of the technology management of the surface facility. The earlier research in the world had a less specialized and comprehensive view of this section, so this research disruption in the management and transfer of this technology has led us to examine the position of technology in this section and compare it with the successful model in the world. The article is going to the managers, experts, and engineers to compare and determine the challenges to determine the technological gap in field research and interview the experts of this knowledge to provide a solution to fill this gap and present valuable and innovative research in this interdisciplinary topic.</em> <em>مدیریت فناوری شامل تلاش‌هایی است مستمر در خلق فناوری، طراحی کالاها و خدمات نوین و بازاریابی موفق آن‌ها. خلق و بهره‌برداری از فناوری مستلزم زنجیره‌ای از رویدادها است که با اختراع شروع می‌شود و به بازار ختم می ­شود. در پژوهش ­های پیشین مدیریت فناوری در صنایع بالادستی نفت، کم­ تر با دید تخصصی و جامع به این بخش از صنعت بزرگ و تأثیر­گذار نفت توجه شده است. با درک این خلا پژوهشی، در این مطالعه بررسی جامع و واقع‌بینانه وضعیت فناوری تأسیسات سطح الارضی فراورش نفت خام ایران  انجام شد. در این مطالعه،  ضمن بررسی جایگاه فناوری در این بخش از صنعت نفت ایران و مقایسه با مدل­ های موفق مدیریت و انتقال فناوری، فاصله فناوری کشور با شرکت­ ها و کشورهای پیشرو در این زمینه تعیین شد. سپس با بررسی اسناد بالادستی و بخشی صنعت نفت و مصاحبه با 20 نفراز مدیران، مهندسان و صنعتگران، پژوهشگران، و نخبگان دانشگاهی این حوزه، چالش ­ها و ضعف­ ها تعیین شد و راهکار مناسب مدیریت و بهبود  فناوری در حوزه تأسیسات سطح الارضی نفت ارایه شد.</em> https://www.nsmsi.ir/article_37182_011544c4247765ffcfc0d3473a3f35a2.pdf
