بررسی پرتو جذبی UV-Vis لایه‌های نانوساختار رنگ تهیه شده 2TiO با استفاده از رنگ‌دانه‌های سیانیدین توت‌سیاه به‌روش سل ـ ژل

چکیده

در این پژوهش اثر حساس‌سازی لایه‌های نانوساختار 2 TiO با استفاده از رنگ دانه‌های سیانیدن موجود در توت‌سیاه به روش سل ـ ژل بررسی شده است. برای این منظور ابتدا لایه ‌های نانوساختار 2TiO برروی زیرلایه شیشه به روش لایه‌ نشانی غوطه‌ وری سل ـ ‌ژل تهیه شـــده و سپس بــا استفاده از رنگ‌دانه‌ های سیانیدین موجود در توت‌ سیاه حساس‌ سازی شدند. ساختار بلوری و فازی این لایه‌‌ها و ریخت شناسی سطحی آن‌ها، با استفاده از دستگاه‌های XRD و FE-SEM مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثر متقابل بین نیم‌رسانا و رنگ بود،‍‍ نتیجه‌های به دست آمده از پرتو IR تأیید کننده پیوندهای 2TiO در زیروژل تیتانیوم دی‌اکسید - سیانیدین می‌ باشد، که حضور رنگ در ساختار را تأیید می ‌کند. همچنین با توجه به پرتو جذبی UV-Vis دیده می‌ شود که بیشینه جذب در لایه‌ه ای حساس شده با سیانیدین به طول‌موج nm 595 افزایش یافته است، که تأیید کننده برهم‌کنش بین نیم رسانا و رنگ می‌ باشد.
