بررسی سازوکار اثر منبع نیتروژن موجود در محیط کشت روی pH محیط و تولید پلی گاماگلوتامات توسط فلاووباکتریوم

چکیده

پلی گاماگلوتامات، زیست پلیمر پلی آمیدی متشکل از واحدهای گلوتامیک اسید است که به علت خاصیت زیست‌تخریب‌پذیری و غیر سمی بودن به‌عنوان یک ترکیب زیستی می‌تواند در بسیاری از زمینه‌ها همچون پزشکی و دارورسانی، غذایی، هیدروژل‌ها، لخته سازهای زیستی، جاذب‌های رطوبت، تغلیظ کننده‌ها و پوشش‌های ضد خوردگی مورداستفاده قرار گیرد. به این ترتیب برای بهینه‌ سازی تولید آن، در این پژوهش ابتدا تأثیر غلظت منبع نیتروژن به‌عنوان یک منبع تغذیه‌ای مهم روی pH محیط و میزان رشد سلولی موردبررسی قرار گرفت و سپس چگونگی سازوکار تأثیرگذاری روی تولید پلی گاماگلوتامات از گونه‌ی فلاووباکتریوم بررسی شد، و سرانجام برای بهینه‌سازی منبع نیتروژن، پنج منبع نیتروژنی گوناگون (به روش آماری تک فاکتوریلی) ارزیابی و سدیم گلوتامات با بیش ‌ترین مقدار تولید (7/23 گرم بر لیتر)‌ و همچنین ارزان و در دسترس بودن به‌عنوان منبع نیتروژن انتخاب شد.
