تشخیص رنگ سنجی دوپامین با استفاده از دستگاه‌های تحلیلی مبتنی بر کاغذ میکروسیالی

چکیده

در این کار پژوهشی، یک روش تشخیص رنگ­ سنجی ساده و ارزان برای دوپامین با استفاده از فناوری برش لیزر بر روی دستگاه ­های تحلیلی مبتنی بر کاغذ میکروسیالی، گزارش شد. همچنین تأثیر عامل‌های گوناگون از جمله زمان واکنش بین دوپامین و فریک کلرید، حجم نمونه مصرفی، زمان خشک شدن، pH محلول فنانترولین و نسبت حجمی فریک کلرید / دوپامین مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و بهینه‌سازی شد که مقدار بهینه برای هرکدام از پارامتر­ها به ترتیب، 4 دقیقه، 4/1، 8/2 و μl 2/4، 12 دقیقه، 4/7 و 2:1 به‌دست آمد. از تجزیه و تحلیل ­های بعدی با استفاده از نرم­افزار فتوشاپ، حد تشخیص و حد کمّی برای دوپامین 0171/0 و 0517/0 میکرومول و انحراف استاندارد نسبی از 12/0% تا 17/0% برای 5 n =  به‌دست آمد که دقت خوب این روش را نشان می­ دهد. همچنین در این مطالعه، پتانسیل روش پیشنهادی به عنوان یک روش ارزان قیمت و سریع رنگ ­سنجی برای تعیین دوپامین در نمونه­ های حقیقی از جمله سرم خون انسان نشان داده شد.
