بررسی اثر اصلاح نانوذره های ZIF-8 با سورفکتانت کاتیونی CTAB بر عملکرد غشاهای ماتریس آمیخته PVA/ZIF-8 در آب زدایی از ایزوپروپانول به روش تراوش تبخیری

چکیده

آب­زدایی از ترکیب‌های آلی به منظور دستیابی به فراورده باارزش و دارای خلوص بالا، یکی از مهم­ترین بخش­ های صنایع شیمیایی محسوب می‌شود. در این پژوهش غشاهای ماتریس آمیخته متشکل از پلی وینیل الکل و فاز معدنی ZIF-8  اصلاح شده با سورفکتانت کاتیونی CTAB با هدف بهبود عملکرد آب زدایی از ایزوپروپانول در فرایند تراوش تبخیری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نانوذره­ ها و غشاها با استفاده از روش­ های طیف‌سنجی فروسرخ تبدیل فوریه، جذب-واجذب گاز، وزن سنجی گرمایی، پراش اشعه ایکس و میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی مشخصه­ یابی شدند. تصویرهای میکروسکوپی نشان داد که حضور CTAB ریخت‌شناسی نانوذره ­های ZIF-8 را از RD به TRD تغییر داد. اثر بارگذاری ذره­ های ZIF-8 اصلاح نشده از 1 تا 10 درصد وزنی در غشاها بر عملکرد جداسازی خوراک ایزوپروپانول دارای wt% 10 آب در دمای ˚C30 بررسی شد. سپس بر اساس ترکیب درصد بهینه یافت شده، عملکرد جداسازی غشای ماتریس آمیخته دارای wt% 5 نانوذره­ های اصلاح شده با سورفکتانت ارزیابی شدکه با ارایه شار تراوش یافته kg/m2h 942/0 و ضریب جداسازی 174، نشان از موفقیت در دستیابی به عملکرد بهتر در مقایسه با غشاهای پلیمری خالص و ماتریس آمیخته بدون اصلاح داشت.
