ساختارهای اصلاح شده هسته (مغناطیس) ـ لایه (زئولیتی) با قابلیت حذف یون‌های فلزهای سنگین از پساب‌ها

چکیده

ساختارهای هسته (مغناطیسی) ـ لایه (زئولیتی) 4O2O/NiFe2.xH6Al)O2Na(Si اصلاح شده با گونه 3-گلیسیدوکسی پروپیل تری متوکسی سیلان (GPTMS) به روش هیدروترمال سنتز شدند. نمونه­ها با روش ­های XRD، BET، TGA، و SEM شناسایی و تعیین ساختار شدند. نتیجه ­های آنالیز XRD به خوبی رشد لایه بلوری آلومینوسیلیکاتی را بر روی هسته­ های مغناطیسی تایید نمود. همچنین تصویرهای SEM نشان دادند که فراورده­های کروی شکل بوده و توزیع اندازه ذره­های یکنواخت می باشد. فعالیت جذبی نمونه های سنتز شده در راستای حذف یون­ های فلزهای سنگین +2Pb و +2Cd مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و نتیجه­ ها نشان داد نمونه­ ها توانایی بالایی در حذف یون­ های یاد شده از آب­ های آلوده را دارا می باشند. همچنین فراورده­ ی نهایی به طور گزینشی +2Cd را بهتر از یون­های سرب حذف کرد. همچنین، مکانیسم جذب، نقش گونه آلی اصلاح کننده و تاثیر اسیدیته محیط بر روی میزان جذب در حضور ساختارهای سنتز شده مورد مطالعه و نتیجه ­های به­دست آمده با در نظر گرفتن گونه­ های موجود بر روی سطح بحث شد.
