بسپارش و بررسی عملکرد کوپلیمر پلی‌وینیل‌الکل ـ اکریلامید به عنوان بازدارنده سینتیکی هیدرات گازی

چکیده

در این پژوهش، کوپلیمر پیوندی پلی­وینیل ­الکل- اکریلامید با دو سامانه آغازگر شامل سریک آمونیوم ­نیترات و سامانه رداکس آمونیم ­پرسولفات/ سدیم متابی­ سولفیت سنتز شد. ساختار کوپلیمرهای پیوندی توسط طیف­ سنجی فروسرخ (FT-IR) و گرما وزن ­سنجی (TGA) تأیید شد. اثر بازدارندگی کوپلیمرهای به دست آمده (به عنوان بازدارنده های سینتیکی جدید هیدرات گازی) در مقایسه با پلی وینیل­ الکل در مخلوط گازی متانـ پروپان که هیدرات ساختار II را تشکیل می­ دهند مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در همه آزمایش ­ها فشار اولیه 23 بار، دما ˚C2  و سرعت همزن 400 دور بر دقیقه تنظیم شد. همه مواد آزمایش شده سرعت تشکیل هیدرات را کاهش دادند و قدرت بازدارندگی آن‏ ها به ترتیب PVA-g-AAM2 > PVA > PVA-g-AAM1 بود. نتیجه­ های آزمایشگاهی و سینتیک تشکیل هیدرات نشان دادند که کوپلیمر پیوندی PVA-g-AAM1 سرعت متوسط رشد هیدرات را نسبت به تشکیل هیدرات با آب خالص، تا 11 درصد کاهش می‏ دهد. همچنین کوپلیمر پیوندی PVA-g-AAM2 این سرعت را تا 29 درصدکاهش داده که نشان دهنده پتانسیل مناسب تر آن به عنوان یک بازدارنده جدید سینتیکی سازگار با محیط زیست، است.
