سنتز نانوذرات لیپیدی جامد و تأثیر سرمابان در پایداری اندازۀ آن ها

چکیده

نانوذره ­های لیپیدی جامد سامانه­ های حامل دارویی کلوئیدی را تشکیل می دهند که جایگزینی برای حامل ­های کلوئیدی مانند امولسیون ها، لیپوزوم ها، و میکرو و نانوذره­ های پلیمری هستند. نانوذره­ های لیپیدی جامد به شکل کروی با قطر متوسط بین 1 تا 1000 نانومتر هستند که در آب یا محلول فعال کننده سطحی آبی منتشر شده­اند. برای سنتز این ذره­ ها از روش ­های بسیاری استفاده می­شود. استفاده از روش های متنوع باعث شده داروهای گوناگون آب گریز و آب دوست در داخل نانوذره­ های لیپیدی بارگیری شوند. با این حال پایدار سازی فیزیکوشیمیایی نانوذره های لیپیدی برای مصرف طولانی مدت یکی از هدف ­های عمده در صنایع دارویی می­باشد. در این مطالعه بررسی­هایی در حضور و بدون حضور سرمابان برای پایدار نمودن نانوذره­ های لیپیدی مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مطالعه نشان داد که غلظت 1 درصد سوکروز باعث پایداری اندازه نانوذره­ ها پس از یک دوره نه ماهه می­ شود. همچنین مطالعه رهش آزمایشگاهی نشان داد که نانوذره ­های لیپیدی پایدار شده تغییر در پروفایل رهش را نشان نمی­ دهند.
