بررسی ویژگی‌‌های آروماتیسیته نانوبلورهای Si24H12 و Si26H12 در چارچوب نظریه تابعی چگالی

چکیده

نانوبلورهای سیلیکونی Si24H12و Si26H12به لحاظ شکل هندسی، پایداری، ساختار الکترونی و طیف جذبی با استفاده از نظریه تابعی چگالی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. نتیجه­ ها نشان داده که نانوبلور Si26H12 به میزان eV 14/9 پایدارتر از نانوبلور Si24H12 است که این پایداری مربوط به عدم استقرار الکترون و رفتار آروماتیکی نانوبلور پیشنهادی Si26H12 است. برای بررسی خصلت آروماتیسیته نانوبلور از شاخص هایی چون NICS,PDIو PLR استفاده شد. نتیجه­ های به ­دست آمده از این شاخص ­ها نشان می دهد که نانوبلور Si26H12 دارای خصلت آروماتیسیتهبیش ­تر از مولکول بنزن است. طیف جذبی این ساختار نیز نتیجه­ های جالبی از ویژگی­های نوری تازه­ای را نشان داد. این مطالعهجزئیاتی برای امکان سنتز نانو ساختارهای بیش کئوردینه سیلیکون را مطرح می کند.
