مطالعه نظری بر روی برخی از ویژگی‌های ساختاری و الکترونوری کمپلکس‌های مخلوط دی‌ایمین-دی‌تیولات با فلزهای گروه هشتم (VIII) برای کاربرد در سلول‌های خورشیدی حساس شده به رنگ

چکیده

در این پژوهش با استفاده از محاسبه­ های نظریه تابعیت چگالی (DFT) و روش چگالی وابسته به زمان (TD-DFT) ویژگی­ های ساختاری، الکترونی و نوری کمپلکس­ های مخلوط دی‌ایمین-دی­تیولات با فرمول عمومی [M(diimine)(dithiolate)]  (فلز = نیکل، پالادیم و پلاتین، دی­ایمین = فنانترولین (phen)، دی­تیولات = 1، 2-دی­بنزن دی­تیولات (bdt) و مالئونیتریل دی­تیولات (mnt)) گزارش شده است. همچنین آنالیز اوربیتال طبیعی پیوندی (NBO) برای بررسی دقیق­تر ویژگی­ های ساختاری کمپلکس های مورد نظر انجام شد. نتیجه­ ها نشان می­ دهد که خصلت کوالانسی پیوند فلز−گوگرد از فلز−نیتروژن بیش­تر بوده و قطبش ­پذیری همیشه از سمت اتم گوگرد در این پیوند انجام می­ شود. طیف جذبی این کمپلکس ها به وسیله روش چگالی وابسته به زمان با مدل زنجیره ­های قطبیده (PCM) انجام شد. نتیجه­ های به دست آمده بیانگر این است که لیگاند bdt و فلز پلاتین شدت جذب را افزایش داده و می تواند سبب جا به جایی قرمز کل پیک جذبی شود. همچنین این کمپلکس دارای بیش­ ترین دریافت بازده نوری (LHE) است. در مجموع، این مطالعه می ­تواند برای کمپلکس ­های دی‌ایمین-دی­تیولات با ترکیبی مناسب از یون­ های فلزی و لیگاندها گسترش یابد تا به عنوان سلول ­های خورشیدی حساس شده به رنگ بررسی شود.
