بررسی ویژگی‌های الکتروشیمیایی و آنتی اکسیدانی برخی داروهای مسکن (استامینوفن، ملوکسیکام، تنوکسیکام، پرومتازین) به روش های محاسبه‌ای و ولتامتری چرخه ای

چکیده

داروهای ضدالتهابی غیراستروئیدی شایع­ ترین داروهایی هستند که برای درمان دردهای مفصلی، استخوانی و عضلانی به کار برده می ­شوند. از معروف ­ترین آن‌ها می­ توان استأمینوفن، ملوکسیکام، تنوکسیکام، پرومتازین و... را نام برد. اثر این داروها به­ تقریب مانند هم است، البته تفاوت­ های مختصری با هم دارند که موجب می ­شود مصرف برخی از آن­ ها برای بعضی بیماران مناسب­ تر باشد. هدف از انجام این پژوهش بررسی ویژگی‌های الکتروشیمیایی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی برخی داروهای مسکن (استأمینوفن، ملوکسیکام، تنوکسیکام، پرومتازین) به روش­ های محاسبه‌ای و ولتامتری چرخ ه­ای می­ باشد. در این پژوهش با استفاده از شیمی محاسبه‌ای، ساختار داروهای استأمینوفن، ملوکسیکام، تنوکسیکام و پرومتازین با استفاده از نرم­ افزار گوسین 09 طراحی و بهینه­ سازی شد و انرژی آزاد گیبس آن‌ها به دست آمد. سپس با استفاده از رابطه­ های شیمی فیزیکی به طور نظری، به پتانسیل نیم-موج تبدیل شد. سپس به روش ولتامتری چرخ ه­ای، مقدار پتانسیل نیم-موج این داروها به دست آمد و با مقدار نظری مقایسه شد و ویژگی‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی داروها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. مقدار پتانسیل نیم-موج برای استأمینوفن در روش تجربی mV ۱۹۵ و در روش محاسبه‌ای mV ۲۱۳، برای ملوکسیکام در روش تجربی  mV ۳۹۵ و در روش محاسبه‌ای mV  ۳۳۹، برای تنوکسیکام در روش تجربی mV ۳۵۵ و در روش محاسبه‌ای mV ۳۰۵ و برای پرومتازین در روش تجربی mV ۴۶۵ و در روش محاسبه‌ای mV ۴۲۳ به دست آمد. نتیجه­ های این مطالعه نشان داد که هرچه پتانسیل نیم-موج منفی­ تر باشد ویژگی آنتی­ اکسیدانی دارو بیش‌تر است. بر این اساس داروی پرومتازین بیش‌ترین ویژگی آنتی ­اکسیدانی را از بین داروهای مورد مطالعه از خود نشان داد.
