حسگر نوری نانوذره‌های نقره/ نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی برای تعیین ۲- مرکاپتوبنزاکسازول

چکیده

در این پژوهش‌، حسگر نوری بر پایه نانوکامپوزیت نانوذره‌های نقره/ نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی ساخته و برای تعیین ۲- مرکاپتوبنزاکسازول (MBO) به عنوان ماده سمی و آلاینده آب استفاده شد. به منظور ساخت نانوکامپوزیت، عامل‌های مؤثر بر فرایند ساخت، همچون pH محلول، غلظت نقره نیترات و نسبت جرمی آن با نانوکاغذ، دما و مدت زمان واکنش، بهینه شدند. نتیجه‌های به دست آمده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی (FESEM)، طیف بینی پراکنش انرژی پرتوی X (EDS)، آنالیز وزن­ سنجی گرمایی (TGA) و طیف­ بینی فرابنفش- مرئی، به خوبی وجود نانوذره‌های نقره و تثبیت آن‌ها در بافت نانوالیاف سلولز باکتریایی را نشان دادند. تغییر در جذب قله پلاسمون سطحی موضعی نانوذره‌های نقره نسبت به افزایش غلظت آنالیت به عنوان علامت تجزیه­ ای در نظر گرفته شد. حسگر تهیه شده دارای گستره خطی µg/mL1۵0-25/17 و حد تشخیص  µg/mL۷2/۱ برای اندازه­گیری MBO می ­باشد. برای بررسی گزینش پذیری حسگر، عملکرد آن در حضور گونه­ های مزاحم مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. همچنین به منظور بررسی کارایی عملی حسگر مورد نظر در اندازه ­گیری MBO، نمونه حقیقی از آب رودخانه تجن مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. با توجه به داده ها، حسگر مورد نظر در حضور بیش‌تر یون­ های احتمالی مزاحم گزینش­ پذیر و برای اندازه ­گیری نمونه­ های حقیقی مناسب است.
