بررسی کارایی زئولیت کلینوپتیلولیت طبیعی در حذف منیزیم از محلول‌های آبی

چکیده

در این پژوهش به بررسی جذب سطحی منیزیم در سامانه ناپیوسته توسط زئولیت، پرداخته شد و اثر عامل­ های مؤثر بر فرایند جذب سطحی مانند pH  اولیه محلول، مدت زمان تماس جاذب با محلول، غلظت اولیه منیزیم در محلول، مقدار جاذب و دما بر درصد جذب منیزیم مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. هم‌چنین ویژگی‌های سطح و گروه‌های عاملی موجود در جاذب به ترتیب توسط تجزیه و تحلیل‌های SEM و FT-IR  مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. در مطالعه اثر pH ، بالاترین درصد جذب منیزیم برای زئولیت در 7=pH اتفاق افتاد. با افزایش زمان تماس بین جاذب و محلول، درصد جذب افزایش یافته و پس از گذشت 60 دقیقه به تعادل رسید. در بررسی اثر غلظت اولیه منیزیم در بازه 250-50  میلی‌گرم بر لیتر، نتیجه‌ها نشان داد که با افزایش غلظت، درصد جذب کاهش یافته و با افزایش مقدار زئولیت از 5/0 تا 5/2 گرم، درصد جذب افزایش می­ یابد. با بررسی اثر دما دیده شد که با افزایش دما، درصد جذب نیز افزایش یافته است. مشخصه‌های ترمودینامیکی در سه دمای 25، 35 و 45 درجه سلسیوس مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. مقدار‌های منفی انرژی آزاد گیبس استاندارد نشان داد که فرایند جذب خودبه‌خودی است. مقدار مثبت آنتالپی استاندارد  گرماگیر بودن فرایند را نشان داد و مقدار مثبت آنتروپی استاندارد  می‌تواند به افزایش تصادفی بودن در سطح مشترک جاذب و محلول نسبت داده شود. در بررسی مد‌‌ل‌های سینتیک فرایند جذب (شبه مرتبه اول، شبه مرتبه دوم و نفوذ درون ذره‌ای)، دیده شد که مدل شبه مرتبه دوم بیشترین تطابق را با داده‌های تجربی دارد. همچنین در بررسی اثر غلظت اولیه منیزیم در محلول و برازش داده‌های تجربی با هم‌دماهای لانگمویر، فروندلیچ، تمکین، دوبینین – رادوشکویچ و با توجه به مقدار‌های 2R به دست آمده، هم‌دمای لانگمویر بیش­ترین تطابق را داشت و بیش­ترین ظرفیت جذب لانگمویر 77/4 میلی‌گرم بر گرم در دمای 45 درجه سلسیوس می‌باشد.
