حذف زیستی هیدروژن سولفید در راکتور ایرلیفت بیوفیلمی سوسپانسیونی

چکیده

در این پژوهش حذف زیستی هیدروژن سولفید به ‌وسیله باکتری تیوباسیلوس تیوپاروس در راکتور ایرلیفت بیوفیلمی سوسپانسیونی انجام شد. از سدیم سولفید حل شده در خوراک مایع به عنوان سوبسترا استفاده شد. راه ‌اندازی راکتور در دمای ثابت oC30 و در pH حدود 7 با ذره ‌های حامل بازالت انجام گرفت. در محیط کشت معدنی بیشترین نرخ اکسیداسیون سولفید به حدود .h3/m2-molS 7/6 در زمان ماند h 3/3 رسید. به خاطر اینکه در نرخ بارهای بالا، سولفید در داخل راکتور تجمع می‌ یافت، شرایط حالت یکنواخت در نرخ بارهای بالای سولفید ایجاد نشد. بهترین دمای انجام در نرخ بار سولفید .h3/m2-molS 8/4 در شرایط 100% تبدیل به ‌دست آمد.
